The Fool.

The fool strongly believes that there is spiritual bondage.

Spiritual and religious people tell others that they are bound and they believe it.
When in Reality the false notion of bondage is the only bondage. There is no bondage.
'Imagining' that there is bondage, the fool looks frantically to attain 'imaginary' Freedom.

Meeting along the way other people that are also delusional and that pretend or 'imagine'
to have attained 'imaginary' Freedom which is what we call spiritual liberation to guide them.
The blind guiding the blind. Fools turn toward spirituality and religions for 'imaginary' liberation.

If you were told to pray to God, to worship a Guru, to practice yoga, meditation, repeat a mantra
or sing a bhajan etc, in order to become Free or spiritually liberated realize that you have been lied to.

Question all your spiritual and religious beliefs, because they alone are your only bondage. They are the Trap.
Freedom from all bondage is to simply remove the false idea of being bound. Just this and nothing else.

Who told you that you are bound and why did you foolishly believe them? Because it is simply wrong knowledge.
In reality there is neither spiritual bondage or spiritual liberation. Both are false. One only 'believes' that there is.

Spiritual liberation is only an illusory religious concept or carrot used to entice a fool.
Call off the Search. Seeking Freedom is only perpetuating an erroneous notion, illusion
or false 'imagination' of being bound. Seeking is itself a Trap, because there is no bondage.

We are 'imagining' we are bound and are making various, strenuous attempts to become free.
We will be surprised that we were frantically trying to attain something,
which we have always been and are.

Just like bondage is only 'imaginary', Freedom is also 'imaginary'. Both do not exist at all. They are illusion.
Therefore realize that if you strongly 'believe' that you have met a great spiritual Guru that has attained
or reached 'imaginary' Freedom or so called spiritual liberation you have in fact been conned.

If you ever adopt a spiritual Guru, a spiritual teacher or any religion you will only become slave to illusion.
See the false as false. To foolishly believe that someone has attained 'imaginary' Freedom or Mukti is in fact
to cultivate and worship the greatest illusion. Realize that a spiritual Guru is not your friend but a con artist.

As the old saying goes, if you ever see a spiritual or holy buddha on the road kill him because he is a truly fraud.
Just like a juicy carrot is used to entice an Ass. It is all and only for show to entice the ignorant fool, nothing else.

When bondage does not exist, spiritual or religious leaders only pretend to have acquired 'imaginary' Freedom.
It is only a self-serving 'concept'. They only pretend to have for deception and the exploitation of ignorance.

After all, one only 'imagines' that they are bound. That is all bondage truly is, false imagination or false notion.
Bondage and liberation do not exist. Illusion and ignorance is what is being sold as spirituality and religions.
Spirituality and all religions are just the art or business of 'making the fool believe' in false 'imagination'.

If you ever take a look at your chains they will not be found because they never were there to begin with.
What binds you? Question, investigate and find out for yourself what is Real. Nothing else is required.
Blind Faith in some spiritual Guru or a religious Teacher because he or she looks the part is a trap.

It is not because someone appearing holy tells you something they have read a book, that it makes it true.
For example if you were told by a holy Guru to go beyond the 'mind' or to kill the 'ego' to reach Freedom,
realize the simple Truth. That you are already beyond the so called 'mind' and that 'ego' does not exist.

If you seek the ego you will find, it does not exist.
That is the way to get rid of it. Look for it
and it will not be found.

Why does a fool strive to kill an 'ego' that does not even exist?
Eastern religions are based of the concept of an 'ego' to be destroyed
that does not even exist. How do you ever get rid of what is not even there?
All religions and their spiritual denominations are in reality illusion and fiction.

Just like with the concept of the 'ego' that does not even exist,
spirituality and all religions are only a bunch of non-sense.
Spiritual bondage and liberation is fiction or imaginary.

Only a false notion of spiritual bondage is to be removed.
Bound to a false notion only. The fool that believes himself to
be bound, is simply bound to his belief. Just this and nothing else.

'Liberation' is our very nature. We are that... It is not to be freshly acquired.
All that is necessary is to get rid of the false notion that we are bound.

When ever you hear or read about beautiful enticing stories of so called 'Enlightenment', spiritual liberation
or self-realization, with great Gurus staring into people's eyes or bathing in their Enlightened presence
realize that it is only a hoax. It is all B.S. used to entice the simple, the weak and the dumb.

A spiritual state of Enlightenment or self-Realization does not exist. There is no such thing.
All the books you have ever read about spiritual bondage and liberation are false.

Stop believing the false to be true. Wake up.

How can anyone ever become Free when there is no bondage?
All the Gurus that sell spiritual Freedom, are paradoxically truly selling crap
that is sugar coated to entice foolish and ignorant people to believe the false to be true.

Realize that bondage does not exist and that Freedom does not exist also. Both are illusion.
No one can become anything new, spiritual or holy. How can it be, when it is only 'imaginary'?

To strive for liberation is to try in vain to drink a mirage. Can the water in a mirage ever make you wet?
There is no bondage. Remove ignorance only. Just like the water in the mirage, spiritual liberation does not exist.

Usually caught from other Seekers, followers, disciples or devotees.
The veil of ignorance is just like a virus that spreads and that is easily cached.

Spiritual ideologies are only attachments to the false, to wrong knowledge and concepts.
Love for illusion if you like. Some people have spend many years of their lives foolishly loving,
worshipping and cultivating ignorance. Seeking liberation when in fact they were never bound.

Spiritual liberation is fantasy. It is only a religious concept.
Paradoxically the Reality is not something like ignorance 
that can be caught, transmitted or acquired from others.

Reality is here and now. To know the simple Truth about oneself,
one must paradoxically forget all about spirituality and all religions.
Because one's true nature is only natural, it is not spiritual and never will be.

There is no waiting for anything spiritual or religious.
Nothing was ever lost and nothing new is to be freshly acquired.
Call off the Search. The search itself is the Trap. It is like chasing a mirage.
There never was any spiritual or religious goals to be reached. That is the Open Secret.

Just like a fish always in the Ocean searching frantically everywhere for the Ocean that was never lost.
The Sought-after Truth is no found by Seeking it. Only by understanding that it is self-revealed.

Paradoxically it is very easy to understand one's true nature simply because
it is present and self-shining naturally as one's own undeniable being.

The A,B,Consciousness.

To understand the true nature of Life or existence is to understand the Oneness.
Due to the simple fact that consciousness cannot be objectified because it is no-thing,
veiled and ignorant people mystified consciousness as being something spiritual and holy.
That is a mistake. Consciousness is nothing spiritual or holy but plain, natural and ordinary.

Just like a light bulb cannot shine of itself without the unseen power or electricity.
Consciousness is the unseen power, presence or intelligence we call Life.

Consciousness is nothing new but what we all already are and have always been naturally.
So near and so dear. Consciousness present is everyone's natural state of being.

Closer to you than even your own breath. Consciousness is what you are.
You do not have to look for true consciousness somewhere far away.

Look at your own undeniable existence right here and now.
You know that you are and you like it. That is IT.

The Living presence or power within the body.
Natural living-ness is conscious-ness.

Self-shining naturally as pure changeless awareness of being.
Everyone knows and experience consciousness directly as
one's own affectionate self, as one's own being, as 'I' am.

Consciousness is indeed always with us.
Everybody knows 'I' am. No one can deny his own being.

Call off the Search simply because to be alive and aware of being oneself

The Search for anything else is a trap.

Realize that any spiritual or religious state of consciousness never existed.
Believers will blindly believe anything you throw at them. Existence is the Reality.

Spirituality and all religions are only cultivating wrong knowledge.
All are truly ignorance camouflaged as wisdom.

Life itself is the only Reality. One's own existence is consciousness.
One's true nature or Reality is only Natural. It is nothing new to anybody.
The Reality is nothing spiritual. Spirituality and all religions are only illusion.

Wisdom is to see the false as false.
Understanding is all that is necessary to remove the veil of ignorance.
Then the simple Truth about one's true nature is naturally and effortlessly self-revealed.

Only remove ignorance.
That is all there is to be done.

Consciousness
Definition: Alert cognitive state in which you are aware of yourself and your surroundings.
The natural state of being and remaining aware or conscious known to all as wakeful-ness is conscious-ness.

Consciousness. Being aware of yourself. Knowing that you are.
To be conscious is the natural state and activity of being aware or knowing.
In other words the natural state and effortless activity of cognizing is abiding as the Self.

To be conscious is to be the Self.
Consciousness is everyone's true nature.

If you turn toward spirituality or any religions
to know the Truth, you paradoxically will never find it.

Simply because spirituality and all religions are only the art of deception.
Spiritual and religious people are con artists selling and perpetuating ignorance.

Life, existence is consciousness and everyone's true nature.
You are Life. Life is living itself as yourself.

Consciousness is the natural state of being.

Everyone alive experience this presence of consciousness itself directly as the natural state of pure being.
The natural state of pure being is the state of being aware or awake or conscious.
That is abiding as the Self, He, the Reality or one's true nature.

The state of pure being which is common to all and which is always
experienced directly by everybody is one's true nature.

There is no God. Spirituality and all religions are false.

To be alive and awake from sleep is to be the Self.
Life is the Self and that is one's true nature.

Understanding that to be conscious is consciousness
is all that is required to know oneself. That simple.

The experience is here and now. It is being aware of being.

If you are not asleep or in a coma, you are awake and aware of being.
Pure awareness of being or knowing that you are present translates in English as 'I' am.

The natural state of wakeful-ness or aware-ness we all experience directly as the natural state of pure being
is the state we call Realized or being Enlightened. Being aware and remaining aware is to be a so called 'buddha'.

A spiritual state of 'Enlightenment' that you read about in holy books is a hoax, it is false. It never existed.
The Reality or natural state of being awake from sleep is always abiding as one's true nature.
That is the Open Secret to Self-Realization. Wakeful-ness is aware-ness. Are you aware?

Removal of the notion that we have not realised the Self is all that is required.
We are always the Self, only we don’t realise it.

Being awake or being conscious is being the Self.
There is no spiritual holy Self to be discovered.
Being alive and aware is the experience itself.

All sentient beings are already 'buddhas'. Ordinary natural existence is the experience.

All spiritual and religious people are truly ignorant people that believe the false to be true.
They do not know any better other than what they have been conditioned to believe.

The state we call Enlightenment or Realization is simply being oneself naturally.

Aren't you aware of being? That is being a 'buddha'.

Remove the veil of wrong acquired knowledge. Spirituality and religions are the only camouflage.
Being aware is being the Self. That simple. Awareness present is the natural state of being.

There is no attaining or reaching or cultivating awareness. Being aware is awareness.
To be awake or aware is the presence of awareness itself. Nothing else.

All spiritual and religious beliefs
are the only trouble. Because they are false.

The experience is always here and now. Awareness is another name for you.
Look at yourself. What you Seek is what you are right now naturally.

Everyone alive and awake from sleep is already a living 'buddha'.
That is all. Life, existence is the experience. Being is the experience.

Awareness is the expression of Life. As with water and ice.
There is no ice without water. No awareness without Life.

Only the ignorant does not know that being or existing is being that.
Life and consciousness are synonymous. Remove ignorance and voila!

Realisation is nothing to be gained afresh, it is already there.
All that is necessary is to get rid of the thought I have not realised.

The natural state.

Once you get that there never was anything new, spiritual or holy to get, you finally got it.

The only obstacle to Self-Realization is paradoxically spirituality and all religions.
All spiritual crap and religious garbage keep Seekers on a Seeking path.

After all, you do not have to cultivate being alive and aware of being.
Look at yourself. You know that you are. That is the experience. It is 'I' am.

Consciousness is the effortless ordinary state in which you are aware of yourself.
The Reality is not anything special or spiritual but natural. That is the funny paradox.

One's true nature is the exact same nature present in nature. Same living presence and intelligence.
There is nothing you have to do for the Reality to be. It is the natural state. Living-ness is conscious-ness.

It is super duper easy to know the Self, He, the Reality.
Anyone wise will tell you that no time or effort is required.

Understanding is all.

Awareness. Does it take ten, twenty or forty years of Seeking to
come to the realization that here and now you are and remain aware.

Just be aware
that you are and remain aware.
You are aware anyhow, you need not try to be.

If you are a proud spiritual Seeker that has been
striving for years to become, reach or attain 'awareness'.
Wow, you are paradoxically very ignorant of your true nature.

Ignorance is to foolishly believe in attaining a spiritual state of 'Enlightenment'.
That belief is only for the ignorant. For dumb people that believe the false to be true.
Just like Santa Claus or the Tooth fairy, a spiritual state of 'Enlightenment' never existed.

Why cultivate ignorance? The simple Truth about one's true nature is not something
different or special that can be mystified. It is paradoxically the natural state of being.

Realize that what spirituality and all religions have to offer is crap. It is all false.
They are only selling fiction to exploit the ignorant. just this and nothing else.

Sentience or unchanging awareness is one's true nature.
Awareness present is simply being awake, aware or conscious
AKA wakeful-ness or sentience is abiding as the Self, He, the Reality.

Wisdom is knowing that simply 'being conscious' or 'being aware'
is effortlessly abiding one's true nature. Conscious-ness is 'I' am-ness.

Awareness of being: To be conscious or wakeful is to be aware of yourself.
Consciousness present is the knowing that you are. Present awareness.
Consciousness is being aware of yourself or 'I' am.

Consciousness is indeed present. That is the Self, He, the Reality and one's true nature.
Who said it was hard or difficult to know the Self. Look at yourself. Voila!

To be conscious is the natural state of sentience or cognizance we all like to be.
If you have been brainwashed to foolishly believe that consciousness is yet to be
attained, cultivated or transmitted by some scammer looking holy, you are an idiot.

Only the fictitious veil or cloud or camouflage of spiritual and religious garbage mystify
this natural presence and expression of existence as being something new, spiritual and holy.

The Reality: The fact is that paradoxically it is nothing new, spiritual or holy but natural and ordinary.
Spiritual and religious people are only selling water by the River.

Exploitation of ignorance is another name
for spirituality and religions. They are the poison, not the cure.

Know Thyself. Who am 'I'?

'I' am is the answer to the question. Awareness of being oneself is this consciousness itself.
Understanding what the Self or the Reality simply is, is all that is required to know oneself.

Who am 'I'? After all, the only fact you are sure of
is that you are. 'I' am is certain.

Being aware of being oneself naturally is sentience or cognizance. That is abiding as the Self.
That is alone the consciousness that has been pointed to by the wise for millennia.

One's true nature is ordinary common to all consciousness.
It is simply being conscious. Experienced directly as awareness of being.
No one ever fails to experience consciousness directly. It is the knowing that you are.

Consciousness is the alert cognitive state in which you are aware of yourself.
How can you kiss this Beauty? Can you kiss yourself on your own lips? Of course not.
Consciousness is no-thing. It cannot be objectified or denied. It is the natural state of being.

The Reality is not spiritual or holy but paradoxically natural and ordinary.
Consciousness, cognizance is the natural activity of knowing.

Everybody knows and says 'I' am all day long.
Consciousness is that 'I' am you know. So plain and so ordinary.
Nothing new, special or far away. To be conscious is that consciousness itself.

Consciousness is pure being. It is 'I' am. Consciousness is you are. The Self is you are.
So near and so dear. Closer than close to oneself. Is there anyone who is not aware of himself?

Forget all about the spiritual and religious crap you have been swallowing for years.
That is a must if you want to know the real Self. Illusion or Reality? Choose wisely.

Spirituality and all religions do not point to this simple truth.
They only camouflage it will false ideology, wrong knowledge and beliefs.

Used to entice and confuse Seekers to exploit them for either gratification, sex or money.

All the Buddhas you will ever see on the Road are just scammers or frauds pretending to be holy.
The 'diamond' in your pocket is simply plain ordinary wakefulness or common awareness.
Only the search for a Godly or spiritual Self is a trap. It is just made up mambo, jambo.

So easy. That is the fun part of knowing the simple Truth.
You are consciousness. Here and now you are that.
Being aware of yourself is that.

When have you ever lost yourself?
You are undeniably aware of being. 'I' am is always with you.
'I' am represent pure awareness of being. 'I' am represent the knowing that you are.

The Self (consciousness) you seek to know is truly yourself.
Your supposed ignorance causes you needless grief
like that of the ten foolish men who grieved
at the loss of the tenth man,
who was never lost.

Only the veiled or the ignorant who does not know himself
believes that the Self is something new or spiritual that is yet to be acquired.

These people are idiots that have accepted self-appointed Gurus and religious leaders
to be speaking and sharing the Truth. When in fact they have been lying and conning them.

Remove ignorance only.
Consciousness is awareness of being.

You gain nothing because you lost nothing.
To know the simple Truth, understanding is realizing.

You are conscious because you know that you are. Present awareness.
You know that you are because you are conscious. One cannot negate one's own self.

The cognizing activity of knowing that you are present is abiding as the Self.
One cannot say 'I' am not or 'I' do not exist and negate one's own being.
Everybody knows that they are. Everybody knows and says 'I' am.

The experience is here and now. One cannot deny one’s own self.
Existence is the same as happiness and happiness is the same as being.
Why should one seek it?

The ultimate truth is so simple.
Remove ignorance with understanding.

The paradox. The Reality is ordinary. Thou art that already.
All sentient beings are always abiding as consciousness.
Natural and effortless. It is everyone's true nature.

We call it the Oneness simply because it is the same presence of Life or existence everywhere.
Consciousness is the natural presence of intelligence that is expressing and governing all things.

Present here and now. Understanding that being conscious is itself
abiding as one's true nature is all that is required.

There is nothing new to reach, attain or become.
What you are looking for is what you already are naturally.
You do no have to kick start or cultivate awareness or being aware.

If know for certain that you are not asleep or un-conscious right now realize
that you are therefore undeniably effortlessly abiding as that. Because you are aware.

Present awareness.

Consciousness is the knowing that you are present.
Natural state of being. Consciousness present is always first hand.
The Self, He, the Reality is being and remaining aware or being conscious.

There is no goals to be reached. Nothing to be attained.
There is no spiritual bondage and there is no spiritual liberation.
The experience is being alive and aware. Everything else is made up crap.

Here and now you are that.

When you Seek it, you are only turning away from it.
Spirituality and all religions have nothing to do with the Reality.
Being, existence or consciousness is knowing that you are. It is 'I' am.

Abiding as one's true nature is simply being conscious and aware of being oneself.
There is nothing new, mystical, magical or special about consciousness. It is natural.

The experience is always here and now. Look at yourself. Being oneself is the experience.
The spiritual and religious stigma that consciousness is in anyway spiritual or holy is a trap.

Consciousness present is the natural activity of being cognizant or aware i.e aware-ness.
As with water and ice. Consciousness present is the natural expression of existence.

Awareness of being. The knowing that you are alive. Here and now you are that.
To be alive and aware of being oneself is this consciousness present. It is 'I' am.
Closer to you than your own breath. Life is consciousness and the Precious.

What have you to wait for when it is already here and now?
You have to only look & see. Look at yourself, at your own being.
You know that you are and you like it. Abandon all imagining, that is all.

Do not rely on time, time is death, who waits dies.
Life is now only!

There is no waiting for anything. Being is the experience.
Knowing that you are. The Reality is at once being and consciousness. It is 'I' am.

Are you aware of being alive? Are you aware of being yourself?
To know the Self or consciousness. Look at yourself. You know that you are.
Undeniably present as pure awareness of being. Consciousness is synonymous with 'I' am.

Consciousness AKA the Self, He, the Reality is the cognitive state in which you are aware of yourself.

Is there anyone who is not aware of himself? Each one knows,
but yet does not know the Self (consciousness).
A strange paradox!

Wisdom alone is Freedom.

While the Spiritual Seeker is Seeking the 'Light' or 'Enlightenment'.
All self-appointed Gurus and religious leaders or teachers will paradoxically keep
their followers, their devotees, their students, their disciples and Seekers unto a path of Darkness.

So called Enlightenment or Self-Realization is to simply remove the veil or camouflage of ignorance.
Understanding is the best medicine to remove all ignorance. Nothing else is necessary.

Only remove ignorance.
That is all there is to be done.

Of course most Seekers are kept in the Dark
and are told not to understand consciousness but to keep quiet.
That way they are kept on a endless Seeking path to remain veiled with ignorance.

If you don't understand this consciousness itself, then you are in bondage
when you will understand what this (consciousness) is, then that is liberation.
Paradoxically you will realize that you are already liberated.

All the Wise have understood only. Wisdom is understanding.

There is no becoming or achieving anything. There never was. All are only hoaxes and scams.

There is no such thing as either spiritual bondage and of course spiritual liberation. It is simply imaginary.
One only foolishly 'believes' that there is bondage, because they have read it in a book somewhere.

Forget everything and you are there.

After all, prove it to yourself. If you pause thoughts for a few moments, realize that what
remain effortlessly present and self-revealed is sentience, cognizance or unchanging awareness.

For example, if you are a long time spiritual Seeker and have been meditating or practicing spiritual 
rituals and exercise, you got screwed. You have been kept on Seeking path of darkness or ignorance.

No time, practice or effort is ever required to know one's true nature.
Awareness is common to all. Being aware is awareness.
That is everyone's true nature.

You gain nothing because you lost nothing.

Whatever you have ever read or have been told
to be spiritual or a religious presence or power is illusion.

Didn't anyone tell you this simple Truth about your real Self or your true nature?

Consciousness or one's true nature which is natural intelligence or sentience is not to be
confused with the intellect which is nothing other than acquired and cultivated knowledge.

All the wise beings that have known the simple Truth about existence and
have walked the Earth have never claimed to be great intellectuals or scientists,
but simple people. All have pointed to the ordinary and the very simple. To Life itself.

Paradoxically the ultimate Truth and absolute Reality is very simple and ordinary. It is nothing new.
Consciousness is common to all and always experienced directly by everyone alive.
The experience is simply being oneself. It is pure awareness of being.

Consciousness or existence present is 'I' am.
That is all there is to realize.

entice and confuse ignorant Seekers with false theories, stories and imaginary concepts.

Idiots will sell Seekers silence and others even more phony will sell them science fiction.

It is all ignorance camouflaged as wisdom.

It all works in reverse. The more popular a spiritual concept is acquired from books and
others about the Infinite Self or the Reality the more ignorance it truly is. It is all a paradox.

Call off the Search. You already are at the destination you have never left. There is nothing new to get.

Consciousness is just another name for being you. You are that Living-ness.

Knowing that you are not dead but in fact alive and kicking here and now is 'I' am.

'I' am that 'I' am. 'I' am is what is being pointed as the Real-'I'-ty.
Being is consciousness. 'I' am is that Reality. It is very simple and ordinary.

After all, can anyone sane negate one's own self and claim that there is no one present?
One cannot deny one's own self. One's own plain ordinary self is the Self AKA consciousness.

The experience is here and now. One cannot deny one’s own self.
Existence is the same as happiness and happiness is the same as being.

There is no spiritual bondage or of course there is no spiritual liberation either.
There is only removing ignorance with common sense and understanding.

Understanding is the best medicine.

Spirituality is the poison not the cure. It is wrong and false knowledge that
are only pointing to illusion. Reality is not spiritual but the actually of being.

Life is what is happening here and now presently while people
are chasing after theories, spiritual carrots and ideology.

That is why they miss it. The only obstacle to be removed is not knowing
that being alive and aware of being oneself is abiding as one's true nature.

Realize that what you Seek is not something new or spiritual.
It is what you are already. Consciousness is existence.

One cannot deny one's own existence.
'I' am is certain. That is what consciousness is.

Instead of looking for the spiritual, simply have a look
at the natural and you will effortlessly understand this Oneness.

Consciousness is simply the natural state of being common to everybody.

Only the search for a spiritual Self perpetuates a false notion of separation and duality.
Forget spirituality and get to know the Reality. Because it is not fictitious or spiritual but natural.

Present here and now.

Look at yourself. Look at your own being
Are you conscious right now? Are you aware of being?

That undeniable awareness of being or knowing that you are
is the presence of consciousness we call the Self. It is nothing new.

To be conscious is this consciousness itself. That alone is the absolute Reality.
To be conscious is the experience. That is abiding as one's true nature.

What can be more ordinary and simple than this?

The ultimate Truth is so simple.

Understanding what consciousness simply is,
is what we call Freedom from all bondage. It is the removal of ignorance.
Spiritual and religious people do not want Seekers to know this simple Truth about the Reality.

I laugh when I hear self-appointed Gurus and spiritual Teachers tell ignorant Seekers inside
their self-help books, retreats and workshops to all people desperately Seeking spiritual enlightenment
that the Lord, the Infinite Self, He, the Oneness, the Reality or this pure consciousness cannot be understood.

When in fact all that anyone can ever do is understand only. There is no becoming or attaining anything.
Obviously the one who plays the spiritual Guru does not know the simple Truth, just selling ignorance.

What spiritual and religious people are preaching as Truth to others is paradoxically false.

All self-appointed Gurus and spiritual Teachers out there are just like parrots.
Mining through other people books to make up a Teaching to sell to others.
They do not know anything. They just pretend to know to attract Seekers.

Many of them pick up wrong knowledge from others and therefore perpetuate 
a false notion of bondage and liberation. Keeping an illusion, a hoax and a myth alive.

Why do they do what they do?

Spiritual Gurus or Teachers will always have the need of blind sheep. They do not sell Freedom.
Cultivating and selling ignorance is their business. Spurting book after book is what they do.

Know the simple Truth. Understanding is Realizing and that alone is what true Freedom is.
After all, spiritual bondage and liberation is only psychological. One only 'believes' in it.

There is no spiritual liberation. There is no spiritual enlightenment.
Only the veiled and the ignorant believe that they are bound.
It is like an optical illusion, a false assumption.

Just like a rope on a road is falsely believed to be a snake.
Upon closer investigation the snake is revealed to simply be a rope.

False imagination.

Just like being bound to an imaginary rope.
There is no bondage and of course there is no liberation either.
Due to wrong acquired knowledge, ignorant people only 'imagine' that they are bound.

Therefore all that needs to be done for Freedom from all bondage
is to remove the false idea, false belief or false notion of being bound.

See the false as false. The very first step for so called 'Freedom' is to question everything.
Unless you do that, you will never know the Truth. One must discern between illusion and the Reality.

Question all your acquired spiritual and religious beliefs.

Question your beloved Guru, deity or priest,
but most of all, question yourself.

Who am 'I'?

Know thyself. It is very easy. That is the funny paradox.
No time or effort of any kind is required to know one's true nature.

Only common sense. Question or investigate what is Real. That is all that is necessary.
First realize that all religions and all spiritual Gurus are wrong.
Unless you realize that, you cannot move forward.

The false cannot stand up to investigation. Inquire and see.
If you have a look, you will realize that spirituality and religions are all B.S.

First thing first. Realize that there is no higher consciousness or multiple levels of consciousness.
There is no quantum consciousness or any individualized consciousness and all that non-sense.

Consciousness always remains the same. It does not change, come or go anywhere.
That is why true consciousness is called the Reality or the eternal.

True consciousness is not something that is hidden in space
or can be found tomorrow by looking for it somewhere far away.

One's own existence is the Reality. Know that the 'I' present in 'I' am is not
different from the Infinite Self but represents the imperishable Self.
You are that presence of consciousness itself. Nothing else.

Prove it to yourself. Have a look and and see.
To know one's true nature is NOT an experience.
It is a realization, a recognition, an understanding only.

Understanding is all that is necessary to remove the veil of ignorance camouflaging one's true nature.
The ones that do not understand what this affectionate presence of consciousness simply is,
will unfortunately remain bound to an endless Seeking path to nowhere.
There is no end to spiritual and religious concepts and ideology.

Know thyself.

Consciousness can only be pointed to as
simply being oneself. As pure awareness of being.

One own self is the Self. The 'I' is you and the Real-'I'-ty.
No finite, individual or separate independent self ever existed.
Consciousness is the unseen living-ness that is expressing itself as you.

To the ignorant the 'I' is the self limited to the body.
To the wise, the 'I' is the Infinite Self (consciousness).

The experience is here and now only.

To look for consciousness away from oneself is to always look
toward the transient, the impermanent, the illusion or a living dream.

Consciousness is not lost or to be found or acquired from some person, place or thing.
Consciousness is living-ness. One's own undeniable plain ordinary existence is the experience.

Freedom is always here. It is not to be freshly acquired. Consciousness is nothing new to anyone.
Consciousness is always present here and now as one's own self, as one's own being or existence.

Know thyself. Remove the veil of ignorance that is camouflaging this simple Truth about yourself.
Consciousness is not something new or different that is yet to be freshly acquired or experienced.

Consciousness cannot be objectified because it is no-thing but paradoxically can easily be recognized
as the natural state of being and remaining aware or unchanging awareness AKA wakeful-ness.

To be conscious is this presence of consciousness itself. Being conscious is the experience.
Consciousness is the living-ness and aware-ness self-shining naturally with everybody.

Secrecy sells. But consciousness is not some hidden religious holy grail or spiritual secret to be discovered.
Understand that I am not a self-help Guru. I am not spiritual or religious. I have nothing to sell either.
Just sharing what I have found out to be true for myself. Have a look and see if it is true for you.

True consciousness is NOT what self-appointed spiritual and religious people make it out to be.
Consciousness is very common and so ordinary to everybody. One can only laugh at the joke of it all.
No one can give you anything new but only point to that which you already are and have always been.

Another name for consciousness is Life.

True consciousness is nothing spiritual but natural.
Consciousness present is the simple fact of one's own being.
Being alive is effortlessly abiding as that living-ness or conscious-ness.

True consciousness is not something that was ever lost or something missing yet to be found.
So near and so dear, shining in plain sight all along. True consciousness is simply being oneself.

Removal of the notion that we have
not realised the Self is all that is required.
We are always the Self, only we don’t realise it.

Striving foolishly to 'become' Free. Someone can go a long strenuous endless way or the fast and easy 'birds way'.
The end result is going be the same. Understanding or realizing that one's real nature is simply consciousness.

Consciousness present is Life present. Consciousness present is pure awareness of being. It is 'I' am.
Just like you cannot kiss yourself on your own lips. Consciousness can never be
experienced as something new or spiritual. It is impossible.

Being is the experience.

That is the only difference between Wisdom and ignorance.
Understanding that Life is the Self. Being alive is being the Self.
Consciousness is the natural state of existence common to everyone alive.

Consciousness is nothing new, special or spiritual. It is what we are naturally.
The foolish mistake is to look for the real Self or this consciousness as anything new.

Get to know your thoughtless true nature. Understand this consciousness we call the real Self.
What is real? The thought I see cannot see. The thought I hear cannot hear. The thought I am aware
is not the awareness itself. Consciousness is the real seer. The real hearer. The real knower. The Real you.

Pause thoughts and all thoughts will disappear but consciousness itself 
or unchanging awareness remains self-revealed as the plain ordinary affectionate 'you'.
You do not come or go anywhere or disappear because you are not a thought but pure awareness itself.

One's true nature or true consciousness is very subtle.
Being aware is the natural and stateless or unchanging state of being.
Who is always present to be aware of this and that? 'I' am. Consciousness is 'I' am.

Once you understand that being aware is awareness. Full stop.
You know the Truth, you know the Self. You will not become anything new or different.
You won't become enlightened, walk on water, raise the dead or reach an eternal state of happiness.

All the spiritual and religious stories and false promises of salvation, liberation or
enlightenment are revealed as simply nothing other than spiritual carrots and hoaxes.

You simply realize that here and now you are that.
Awareness is another name for being yourself naturally.

Self or consciousness is another name for you. Gee you are you.
That is all true consciousness simply is. Closer to you than your own breath.
Forget everything and there you are. Present and aware of being yourself. That is IT.

Consciousness is pure awareness of being. Consciousness is that 'I' am that you know so well.
There is no mind to go beyond or some ego to kill or get rid of for the Reality or consciousness to be.
That is eastern spiritual ignorance and garbage. All there is present with oneself is solely consciousness.

The Search for some mystical fictitious and spiritual consciousness is the only trap.
Nothing is missing. Being alive is the presence of this consciousness self-shining naturally.
Consciousness or Life present expresses itself naturally as pure awareness of being. As 'I' am.

The Secret to Freedom is that there is no bondage. Wisdom is Freedom. Bondage is only ignorance.
There is no God or alternate Reality but only Life or existence present here and now as the only Reality.

That what the fuss is all about. All about being alive and aware of being.
That is what 'I' am represents. Existence.

Life is the Reality.

There is no acquiring or becoming anything new.
Of course if you are Seeking spiritual Cures or Secrets for self-improvement.
You will always have a bunch of self-appointed spiritual and religious people offering
the Secret for this and the Secret for that. All are just illusory concepts used to entice ignorant Seekers.

After all, how long does it take to know that you are? 'I' am that 'I' am. You are the knowing that you are.
'I' am is primary consciousness. It is the undeniable knowing that you are. Pure awareness of being.

Sentience, cognizance, awareness. One's true nature is the natural state of being conscious.
That is what this true consciousness simply is. It is not something apart from you but what you are.

Call off the Search. The experience is always here and now. Being is the Reality.
One's own existence here and now is the undeniable Reality.

'I' am is the Reality.

Consciousness present is at once existence and the knowing that you are.
Consciousness present cannot be denied. It is impossible to negate one's true nature.
The Self is existence and being alive is being it. That which is undeniable is what one's true nature is.

Remove the veil or camouflage of ignorance with understanding.
Understanding what is being pointed to as one's true nature is all that is required.
Consciousness is not something special or spiritual that is yet to be reached, acquired or attained.

Understanding that consciousness or being
and remaining aware naturally is abiding as the Infinite Self,
is all that is required to know oneself and therefore one's true nature.

Again one's true nature is all natural, it is not spiritual or mystical in anyway.
Call off the search. To be conscious is what this consciousness truly is. So simple.

What is the Infinite Self? Consciousness. What is consciousness?
The natural state of being conscious. What else? The natural state of being.

The Search for consciousness to be something special or spiritual is the only trouble.
Consciousness present is the natural state of being awake or aware common to everyone.
Consciousness is the natural presence and effortless expression of Life, cognizance and awareness.

One's true nature is undeniably present with oneself naturally. It is awareness.
To be aware is aware-ness. What else did you expect the Reality to be, a blazing light?

If you meet holy Gurus and spiritual Teachers that want you to foolishly believe that awareness
is anything other than common to all cognizance, sentience or simply being aware you are being lied to.

Realize that to naturally be conscious is consciousness. To be aware is awareness.
You do not have to strive or meditate to know the Self. Are you aware? Are you conscious?
That is what the Self simply is. To be conscious or to be aware is consciousness or awareness itself.

Investigate what is the true Self or the Reality and voila! You will come to the exact same conclusion.
Consciousness is effortlessly self-revealed as what you already are and have always been all along.

The Reality is at once being and consciousness.
Existence is the natural expression of consciousness itself.
One's own plain ordinary undeniable existence is abiding as that.

The Self or God is Life itself. Naturally expressing itself as yourself. You are Life or consciousness itself.
To be oneself is to be the Oneself. To be alive and aware of being oneself is abiding as one's true nature.

Do not be confused with concepts of self-improvement which focus on the dying body and
true consciousness which is the imperishable Self or Living-ness within the body.
Life itself does not know death. Life or consciousness is the eternal Self.

Consciousness is the Infinite or imperishable Self
but not in the ways spiritual and religious people imagine it to be.
Spirituality is fiction. Consciousness present is the absolute Reality. It cannot be denied.

Again and again, not some holy or spiritual imaginary presence of consciousness that you may
have heard about from so many self-appointed Gurus and spiritual Teachers out there
but simply the undeniable fact of one's own being. 'I' am is that consciousness.

All there is to be done is to realize that to be conscious is consciousness.
To be aware of being is consciousness. 'I' am is consciousness.
That is all that is necessary to know one's true nature.

Consciousness is not something new, mystical or apart from you.
Consciousness is just another name for you. Here and now you are that.

For Self-Realization you do not gain anything new which you do not have already.
But only recognize what you already are and have always been your whole Life naturally.
After all, no one can deny their own existence. 'I' am is always with you as the fact of your own being.

The veiled and the ignorant believe the false to be true and reject the simple Truth as being false.
While to the wise being conscious is this consciousness itself. Reality is simply being and consciousness.

To know the Self, stop Seeking and have a look at yourself because the Seeker is the sought. Thou art that.
That is the funny paradox. What you Seek is what you already are. Therefore the Search alone is a trap.

There has never been something spiritual to be reached, attained or acquired to become whole.
All you will ever find outside yourself are always going to be spiritual carrots that are
only used to entice desperate people to foolishly believe the false to be true.

The Reality is the unseen presence of consciousness that governs
the entire universe, look at this world and you always see its expression.

Creation and evolution is the expression of consciousness. Paradoxically it is not spiritual but natural.
You are it. Everyone alive is the expression of Life itself. The Oneness present in all, as all is consciousness.

Consciousness is the nature of Life. Consciousness is everyone's true nature.
You are the Oneness. Being alive and aware of being oneself is at once 'I' am and consciousness.

Simply recognize that the natural state of being conscious, awake or aware is abiding as that and voila!
Consciousness is not mystical or spiritual in anyway but paradoxically common to all, simple and ordinary.
The ones who go from Guru to Guru and read book after book get to be so confused, they cannot accept Reality.

Obviously to know the Reality one must be empty from all acquired spiritual and religious concepts.
After all, to look toward any religion or spirituality for the Reality is to foolishly cultivate illusion.

Self-appointed spiritual and religious people pretending to be holy are like snake oil sellers.
There is no miracle cure for Freedom. Understanding is the only medicine.
Only a false notion of being bound is bondage. Nothing else.

Because people believe the spiritual and religious crap they have been fed since childhood.
They have falsely accepted a false notion of separation, duality and bondage.

Someone told them that they are bound and they believed them.

Any so called spiritual or religious person is simply someone that is delusional and therefore will
foolishly believe the false to be true. A follower or devotee of illusion chasing after false imagination.

The Reality is always here and now. The camouflage or 'cloud' covering up this ever present consciousness
self-shining naturally as Life itself, is all the spiritual and religious garbage that people have
acquired from so called spiritual and religious people and there holy books.

The Reality is not spiritual or holy, but natural and ordinary.

Most people will never question their acquired spiritual or religious beliefs.
In fact they go up in arms when their spiritual or religious beliefs are being pinched.
Attachments to any acquired spiritual or religious concepts about consciousness is the mistake.

Spirituality and religions are the poison, not the cure.

The Reality is not spiritual or religious. That is the funny paradox.
Consciousness present is everyone's natural state of being or existence.

Therefore to Seek consciousness, the Self or God in any spiritual or religious ways
is to simply become blind or veiled by B.S. A spiritual or religious believer is only blind fool.

A spiritual or religious believer cannot know the Self or God, but only believe in false and imaginary concepts.
Simply because the absolute Reality is natural, the Self or God is nothing spiritual or religious in anyway.

Life is the Reality. Life is the Oneness we all experience directly as being and consciousness.

Reality is at once being and consciousness.

does not point to the Reality but only to illusion.

Paradoxically the Self or this consciousness which is the Reality
is the complete opposite of all spiritual and religious acquired beliefs.

There never was a spiritual or religious presence or power that the ignorant call God.
The Real God or the Reality is always present here and now as Life itself. That is where it is.

Existence is what is being pointed to as the Infinite Self or the Oneness.
One's own plain boring ordinary existence is the Reality. So simple.

'I' am means 'I' exist. It is the knowing that you are.
Awareness of being present is consciousness present. 'I' am is that.

It is pure awareness of being. It is that 'I' am you know so well.

Life is just another name for consciousness.

Therefore 'I' am is God.

Being awake from sleep is to be the Self.
Consciousness is awareness.

You do not need to cultivate, attain or kick start awareness. Being aware is awareness.

So simple. There is no spiritual state of awareness.
Only the natural state of being aware or awareness is the Reality.

Just be aware
that you are and remain aware.
You are aware anyhow, you need not try to be.

As with water and ice. Dead people are not aware. Awareness present is sentience.
The natural effortless activity of being alive and aware.

Being aware is the natural activity of Life or consciousness.

experienced directly by everybody is one's true nature.

Wakeful-ness is the natural state of pure awareness or pure being common to all.

In other words, everyone awake from sleep effortlessly is already a 'buddha',
they simply do not know it. After all what else did you expect the Self to be?

You are awareness. You are the Self. You are God.

All sentient beings are essentially 'buddhas'.
As with water and ice, there is no ice without water.
Not knowing how close the truth is, we seek it far away.

There is no becoming a Buddha or some holy God that is yet to be discovered.
There is no spiritual or religious state of Freedom, liberation, mukti, Enlightenment etc.

The Reality is simply being oneself naturally. So simple.
The striving to become anything new or spiritual is the only bondage.

The state we call Realisation is simply being oneself.
Not knowing anything or becoming anything.

Only the spiritual or religious con artist will mystify the Reality has being
something that it is not. Spirituality and religions are always pointing to illusion.

Spiritual and religious people do not want
Seekers, worshippers, devotees and followers to know this.
After all, only ignorance can be sold or acquired from others appearing holy.

Stupid spiritual and religious people camouflage this simple Truth
with all kinds of erroneous and fictions concepts and beliefs.

No one can give you anything which you do not have already.
Spiritual and religious people sell water by the river.

The true pointer has nothing to sell.
He knows you need nothing.

Freedom is Free. Self-appointed Gurus that are selling retreats,
books, CD's and tapes are only doing it for a business. For making money.

If you have been a long time spiritual Seeker and looked everywhere for what is already
naturally present here and now, you must come to the realization that you have been looking
in the wrong direction all this time. Someone has given you wrong knowledge and you believed them.

Any spiritual Teacher or Guru is not your friend.
Veiled Seekers fall for a trap or illusion of liberation.

Don't you know that the Truth or Reality is always here and now?
Life is Now only. What else is undeniably present this very moment but Life itself.

You are Life. You are consciousness. You are God. Nothing new, spiritual or holy about being.
Being yourself naturally just as you are is abiding as that natural consciousness or living-ness.

Instead of being as they are naturally, spiritual Seekers seek to become something holy.
Some people foolishly believe that to know the Self is to acquire a special faculty. But it is not.
The Self is Life itself. Being alive is abiding as this consciousness itself, it is the very nature of Life.

Realisation is not the acquisition of anything new nor is it a new faculty.
It is only removal of all camouflage.

Get rid of the camouflage of ignorance.
Just this and nothing else is the Realization.

Understanding that Life is consciousness is to remove ignorance.
That is all that is necessary to know the Self and Reality.
That is what so called Self-Realization is.

No time or effort is required. Understanding alone is realizing.
There is no becoming, attaining or achieving anything new.
There never was. Bondage and liberation do not exist.

You are ever-Free. What binds you?
If you look for your chains they will not be found. It is all imaginary.

Forget all about spirituality and all organized religions if you want to know the simple Truth
for they cannot help you but only entice you and confuse you with lies and false promises.

It all works in reverse. A paradox.
There is no becoming or attaining anything.

Only understanding what this consciousness simply is,
is all that is required to know oneself and the Infinite Self.

If you don't understand this consciousness itself, then you are in bondage
when you will understand what this (consciousness) is, then that is liberation.
Paradoxically you will realize that you are already liberated.

To know the ultimate Truth about oneself and the Infinite Self
AKA consciousness has always been very simple.
Who said it was hard or difficult?

Paradoxically the simplicity is the only difficulty.
It is only difficult for the brainwashed spiritual or religious believer.
In fact believers are people that have spend their whole life believing the false to be true.

To know the Reality. Forget everything spiritual and religious
you have ever acquired from others and there you are.

All acquired spiritual and religious knowledge
are paradoxically the greatest ignorance.
The greatest illusion is religion.

Spirituality and all religions are
only the art of deception and illusion.
It is all and only the art of make 'believe'.

The nature of one's true nature
is natural, not spiritual.
Illusion is spiritual.

Even thou an ordinary person is already a so called 'buddha' and of course
a 'buddha' is simply an ordinary person. Just this and nothing else.

Some people want to play the spiritual Guru or Master of illusion
by having a bunch of idiots blindly worshipping them and taking care of them financially.

These are people that want to create a sect, cult or religion by enticing veiled and ignorant Seekers
to chase after fictitious spiritual carrots. Beware of the holy Buddha you see on the road. It is only a fraud.

A finger pointing at the moon is not the moon. To hold on to the finger is to miss the moon completely.
Realize that a spiritual or holy Guru is the greatest illusion. Therefore to fall in love
with any spiritual Guru is to fall in love with the false or illusion.

See the false as false. There is nobody special, spiritual or holy.
Some people only pretend to be for recognition, to be worshipped or a fee.

Know the simple Truth about the Reality. The Reality is nothing special, spiritual or holy.
It never was. Ignorant people only assume or believe that it is, when in fact it is not and never will be.

The Reality is already here.
There is no waiting for anything new.

Life or existence is consciousness. So simple.
That alone is the Reality. Nothing new or extra-ordinary.
Being alive. Who is not aware of himself and does not like to be?

The answer to who am 'I' is not found in the graveyard of the past or somewhere
in the future but always undeniably present right here and right now as one's own being.

'I' am is the Reality.

Understand that being alive naturally
and aware of being oneself is this presence of consciousness
we call 'the Infinite Self' and you have done all that needed to be done.

You will realize that consciousness is what you already are this very moment
and have always been all along. You simply did not know it. Ignorance is the only obstacle.

Only remove ignorance.
That is all there is to be done.

The natural state of being awake or aware.

Did you know that the Self or the Reality is consciousness?

Consciousness is not something spiritual or religious. It is Life or existence.
Awareness of being present here and now or present awareness is that.

There is no reaching the Self. Only the veiled and the ignorant
will foolishly believe that the Self is yet to be attained.
These concepts are only for blind Sheepos.

Of course if you are the spiritual or religious type, well then this simple Truth is not for you.
After all, how can anyone realize this simple Truth when they have spend many years cultivating the false.

The so called Guru lovers and God worshippers will never the simple Truth about the Infinite Self.
They became attached and stuck to their acquired spiritual and religious ways. Nothing can help this people.

Paradoxically to know the Infinite Self or one's true nature is in fact very easy for anyone
that is simply open to the common, the boring and the ordinary, to know no-thing.

Every-thing is this no-thing. All there is ever present is always consciousness in essence.
Consciousness is the very core or substratum to all that is present or all that exists.

Just like someone cannot see the wind but only it's expression. Consciousness is the unseen power.
Consciousness cannot be objectified or denied. It just undeniably is. As it always is naturally.

We all directly and undeniably experience this presence of consciousness as Life itself.
To know the Infinite Self is so easy. Look at yourself. You know that you are alive
because Life is undeniably present. Being alive and knowing that you are.

You are because consciousness is present.
Just like water and ice. There is no ice present without water present.
Without this consciousness present there is no 'I' am. Consciousness present is 'I' am.

Everyone alive is always abiding as the Self, they simply do not realize it because
Life, existence or consciousness is so ordinary and so natural to everybody.

How can you kiss this beauty that we call Life? Life is the precious, it is the beloved.
You are Life or this consciousness itself this very moment. It is pure being.

Everyone alive always experience the Self or consciousness
directly as one's own affectionate self, as one's own being.

Look are yourself. Are you are alive and aware of being?
You know that you are? 'I' am is certain.

That is IT. Full stop.

You know that you are alive and you like it.
Knowing that you are, that you exist here and now is 'I' am.

Being alive and aware of being oneself is at once the Self and 'I' am.
One's true nature is the presence of consciousness or Life.

It is pure existence itself.

Life or existence is the Self and yourself. Thou art that.

Your body is Life's temple if you like. The natural presence of intelligence
which is the unseen living energy within your own dwelling is this consciousness itself.

The Reality is at once being alive and aware or being and consciousness.

Awareness of being is 'I' am.

Consciousness present is 'I' am. One's own existence is that.
Knowing that you are present or present awareness is this consciousness itself.

Life is everyone's true nature and the undeniable Oneness present in all. One Life that some call the One God.
Nothing mystical about Life. Consciousness is the undeniable natural intelligence we call Life and the Reality.

Consciousness is the Spirit of Life. "The kingdom is in you".
Life is the Oneness that is being pointed to. Everyone is already that Life essence itself.

For whoever seeks God in some special way, will gain the way and lose God who is hidden in the way.
But whoever seeks God without any special way, finds Him as He really is... He is Life itself.

Can Life be any closer to oneself? Of course not!
It is closer to you than your own breath. Dead people do not breathe.

Existence, alive-ness, living-ness is the natural presence of consciousness, so near and so dear.
It is beating your heart, breathing you and shining through your eyes this very moment.

You cannot objectify consciousness because
you are that consciousness itself AKA the One without a second.

Seeing is being the Self or consciousness. Hearing is being the Self or consciousness.
Thinking, feeling, knowing etc are only the natural activity of consciousness or Life.

There has never been a God and you.
You are God or the Self this very moment by simply being just as you are.
Not some mystical God of religion, but the Reality which is existence and consciousness.

How simple can the ultimate Truth be? To be or not to be. Who is not aware of being?
Being alive presently, here and now, this very moment alone is being the Self. That it IT. Just this is the Reality.

Common to all and always undeniably experienced directly by everyone alive naturally.
The Self or consciousness present is that 'I' am you know so well already as your own affectionate being.

Consciousness is being and being is consciousness.

One's own existence needs no proof. 'I' am is always certain as pure awareness being.
Existence or Life here and now is the presence of consciousness and that is the Infinite Self. So simple.

No one is ever apart from their true nature. Being alive naturally is everyone's true nature. Alive-ness is the Self.
Call consciousness either Life or God. All are only pointing to the same presence of existence we all like to be.

There is no spiritual goal to be reached or anything new, anything different or special to be attained.
Ignorant and foolish 'believers' will adopt a Guru or a religion and brainwashed themselves
to falsely 'believe' that they are bound. Bondage is only psychological.

One only 'believes' that there is bondage.
Bondage only exists inside someone's head as spiritual or religious brainwashing.

Seekers are people that are told they are bound and must become Free and they obviously believe it.
Not knowing how close and ordinary the Reality truly is. The Search for spiritual liberation becomes a trap.

Paradoxically one cannot cultivate illusion or spirituality and know the absolute Reality.
Forget spirituality because it is all illusion or crap. Garbage feed to the veiled and ignorant for a fee.

Consciousness is the unseen power, presence and intelligence we all like to be.

Call off the Search. Consciousness is Life itself. You are it this very moment.
Everyone is that. Consciousness or Life is the Oneness.
Being alive is being the Self.

You wander restlessly from forest to forest
while the Reality is within your own dwelling.

There is nothing spiritual whatsoever about it. Existence here and now is the Reality.

Nothing spiritual, but all natural.

The Infinite Self, God or the Oneness is paradoxically the most common,
the most plain, boring and super duper ordinary. It is one's own ordinary existence.

That is the funny paradox. Thou art that already. Seeking it is always missing it.
What you Seek is paradoxically what you have always been and are.

Once you know the simple Truth about Life and yourself, all the religious and spiritual books
you have ever come across are no longer valid. Including all the Gurus, cults, sects etc.

All the spiritual and religions concepts people have accepted to be true
about the Self or some God are paradoxically false imagination or illusion.

There has never been any Reality in spirituality. But only Reality in actuality.
The Reality is the undeniable fact of one's own being.

'I' am is that presence of consciousness.

There has never been any holy presence or spiritual consciousness.
Life is the Oneness present in all and that alone is the Reality.

Be content with what you are sure of. And the only thing you can be sure of is 'I' am.
The only fact you are sure of is that you are. The only clue you have is your certainty of being.

Life present is 'I' am. Therefore know that 'I' am is Life, consciousness or God.

Nothing new under the Sun.

The Reality, the Infinite Self or God is simply 'I' am or the knowing that you are
alive and kicking this very moment. Presently is the absolute Reality. So simple.

Knowing that you are alive presently is pure awareness of being, it is 'I' am.
You do not have to repeat 'I' am, 'I' am, 'I' am all day long to know that you are.

'I' am is first hand and needs no proof.

and the undeniable presence of Life or consciousness. That is all the Reality simply is.

It is all very simple, common and ordinary.
That is what the Self is all about. Conscious-ness.

No one wise ever said that the Self or consciousness is anything new,
spiritual or holy, but paradoxically natural, common to all and very ordinary.

That is the only difference between the wise and the ignorant.
To the ignorant the Self is something special or holy.
To the wise it is natural and ordinary.

Just like water and ice. Consciousness and Life are synonymous.
Therefore one's own existence is that presence of consciousness itself.
Nothing new or hidden far away but paradoxically closer than close. It is 'I' am.

Who is not aware of being oneself and does not say 'I' am all day long?
Everyone alive and awake from sleep knows 'I' am.
Everyone knows that they are.

Consciousness cannot be denied.
One's own existence or being-ness needs no proof.
You are the knowing that you are present or aware of being.

That is what 'I' am simply represents.
Pure awareness of being.

It is pure awareness of being.
It is that 'I' am you know so well.

The only illusion of separation and bondage is wrong acquired knowledge
or the false notion that the Self is something new, special or spiritual.

The natural state of being alive and aware of being is abiding as that.

What have you to wait for when it is already here and now?
You have to only look & see. Look at yourself, at your own being.
You know that you are and you like it. Abandon all imagining, that is all.

Do not rely on time, time is death, who waits dies.

conned and enticed to chase after illusion all this time, by foolishly believing the false to be true.

We are 'imagining' we are bound and are making various, strenuous attempts to become free.
We will be surprised that we were frantically trying to attain something,
which we have always been and are.

foolishly negate their own being or undeniable existence? Of course not!

The Self is consciousness.

The state of being conscious that we call wakefulness or unchanging awareness is
this plain ordinary presence of consciousness known as the Self, He, the Reality.

That is what the Self, He, the Reality truly is. Consciousness is simply being aware.
One's true nature is aware-ness or the natural state of being aware common to everyone.

There never was some holy or spiritual Self. A holy or spiritual Self is only found in cults and organized religions.
Reality is simply the presence of Life itself which is nothing other than the natural expression of consciousness.

Everyone alive is the Self. Being alive is abiding as this consciousness itself.
Being awake from sleep and aware of being is consciousness. It is 'I' am.

The Self is that 'I' am you know so well already as your own being.
Everyone alive effortlessly experience this presence of consciousness directly as
the natural state of being aware and remaining aware or wakeful-ness. That is all it is.

In other words if you are awake from sleep you already are so called 'Enlightened' or a living 'Buddha'.
Only ignorant and foolish people strive to attain, become or achieve what they already are naturally.

The state we call 'Realization' or 'Enlightenment' is simply being oneself.
There is no becoming or attaining anything special, spiritual or new.
Only the veiled and the ignorant falsely believe that there is.

Anyone that understood what this consciousness simply is,
will only say what I am saying now. Call off the Search.

Consciousness is not something new, spiritual or hidden far away. It is the natural state of being.

Why seek illusion or false imagination when being alive naturally and effortlessly is always abiding
as one's true nature which is consciousness or Life itself? Awareness of being or existence is 'I' am.

You know that you are present because consciousness is present as pure awareness of being, as 'I' am.
Not some holy or spiritual 'I' am, but the knowing that you are present here and now 'I' am.

Spiritual people are foolishly busy Seeking illusion while the Reality is existence itself.
Being alive and aware of being oneself is the only Reality being pointed as 'I' am.

That is all there is to realize. Then you laugh at yourself for being so foolish.
The Self you Seek to know is truly yourself. Plain and ordinary.

Is there anyone who is not aware of himself? Each one knows,
but yet does not know the Self (consciousness). A strange paradox!....

all sorts of religious denominations are Seeking Freedom.

After all, what binds you other than a false belief of being bound?
Spiritual and religious people are the same thing. Believers in the false.

Bondage is only a false idea or belief. It is only psychological
There is no bondage. The honest pointer will say what I am saying now.
The people that Seek Freedom have only convinced themselves that they are bound.

Stop imagining and start knowing.
To know the Truth is the key.

Knowing is NOT believing.

That is the Joke of it all. Find out what binds you.
Find out what is Real. Look for your chains and they will not be found.

In fact there is no spiritual bondage and there is no spiritual liberation.
Ignorant and veiled spiritual and religious people only imagine that there is.

They have brainwashed themselves to foolishly believe the false or illusion to be true.
Trapped to a endless search of some fictitious spiritual salvation, liberation or Enlightenment.

They were told by some holy Guru or a spiritual teacher or religious leader
that they must do something spiritual or religious in order someday to become Free.

That is all B.S. of course.

Freedom is only understanding that there is no bondage. Just this and nothing else. That is the Secret.
That is all Freedom truly is. There is no becoming or attaining anything new, different or special.

In fact if you have a closer look at spirituality and all religions they are all crap.
Spirituality and religions are paradoxically the poison, not the cure.

The Reality is not spiritual or religious.

Anyone that tells you otherwise is ignorant or lying to you.

Question, investigate all your acquired spiritual and religious beliefs.
That is what must go. Forget all that non-sense and have look at your own being.

Understanding alone is Freedom.

Ignorance is the cause of all mischief. To be bound is to foolishly believe in God.
Freedom is to know yourself, by realizing that here and now you are that.

What God is there? Have a look and see.
There never was one because it is only a mental creation.

Spirituality is only for delusional people also known as Seekers.

Reality is nothing spiritual or illusory but the simple fact of one's own being.
Awareness of being present right here and right now is at once the Reality and 'I' am.

Be wise and see through the veil of ignorance and leave all the spiritual crap to blind and ignorant fools.
The spiritual Seeker is only bound to a false notion of separation. Bondage is only psychological. Nothing else.

There is no bondage and there is no liberation.

So called Self-Realization is only understanding
that being alive and aware naturally is abiding as that.

What is that? Plain common to all ordinary consciousness.
What else would the Self, He or the Reality truly be? A blazing light?

In other words to be alive, conscious or sentient is abiding as the Self, He, the Reality.
Being alive and aware is plain ordinary existence and that alone is the absolute Reality.

It is not some spiritual state or religious experience. It is pure being.
It is the state of pure being common to all. Nothing new, spiritual or special.

Only the veiled and the ignorant foolishly believes that it is.
To the wise it is simply Life itself.

So simple.

You have never left it or lost it or ever been apart from it
but always have been it your entire Life. You are it this very moment.

Life is what is truly happening.
The experience is always here and now

Being alive is the experience itself. That is what being the Self is all about.
Life is living itself as you. You are Life or consciousness itself.

Life is everyone's true nature.
Nothing special or spiritual but natural.

Here and now you are that consciousness itself.
Call off the Search. The Search for a spiritual Self is a trap.

Understanding that Life itself is consciousness and that being conscious
is always abiding as that pure consciousness itself is all that is required.

To be alive is living-ness, to be conscious is conscious-ness.
To be aware is aware-ness. Like water and ice.

Life and consciousness are One.

Why foolishly Seek spirituality which is illusion
when the Reality is always here and now?

Being alive and aware of being oneself is being it.
Everyone alive knows this consciousness so well already as 'I' am.

The experience is here and now. One cannot deny one’s own self.
Existence is the same as happiness and happiness is the same as being.
Why should one seek it?

Ignorance is the only illusion of separation and duality. Get rid of ignorance with understanding.
There is no becoming Self. Being oneself is being the Self.

That is all there is to realize.

What is Life or existence?
The natural expression of consciousness.

Therefore being alive or existing right here and right now is effortlessly abiding as that.
Being alive and aware of being is abiding as one's true nature naturally which is consciousness.

Know thyself. Have a look at your real self or true nature.
Are you alive, are you conscious and aware of being?

Voila!

You are the knowing that you are.
Consciousness present is pure awareness of being.

It is 'I' am.

Whenever you hear the words you are He, you are the Self, you are That, etc,
what is really means is that you are Life. Just this and nothing else.

Consciousness and Life are One and the same.

The experience is always here and now. Life is Now only. Breathing is happening presently,
the heart is beating presently. Being or existing is always presently or Now.

One's own affectionate natural effortless existence right here and right now
or 'I' am-ness needs no proof. Here and now you are that. Consciousness is pure being.

Being alive and awake from sleep naturally is at once this presence of consciousness and 'I' am.
Everyone knows that Life is indeed present simply because no one alive can deny being.

Only a self-appointed Guru, a spiritual Teacher and religious leader will
camouflage this simple Truth with fiction, superstition and made up fantasy.

The Self, He, the Reality or God etc, never was some holy or spiritual presence,
but simply the natural presence of consciousness itself that is always
experienced directly by everyone alive as Life itself.

That is the Secret.

Don't you know that all acquired spiritual knowledge
is paradoxically the greatest ignorance?

Forget everything spiritual and voila!

You are there! Being yourself just as you are.

That alone is the Reality. Everything else is illusion.
Only the Search for a spiritual Self is a carrot and a trap.

Call off the Search. Look at yourself. You know that you are.
If you are not dead or un-conscious you are aware of being. Consciousness is indeed present.

Awareness of being is abiding as one's true nature. Knowing that you are present or present awareness.
Being the Self. Being aware and remaining aware naturally is this presence of consciousness.

The Self is nothing new, spiritual or special. It is 'I' am.
Being aware is awareness of being and that is at once being the Self,
being oneself and this consciousness itself. The Self is just another name for you.

For the ones who are willing to understand, ending
the Search for consciousness or the Self that was never lost is very easy.
No time, practice or effort of any kind is required to know one's true nature.

There never was any reaching, attaining or becoming consciousness or the Self. Understanding is Realizing.
There is only understanding that being conscious naturally is abiding as this consciousness itself AKA the Self.

If you are alive and conscious you are aware.
Being aware is the unchanging awareness we call the Infinite Self.

Being aware is abiding as that. The Reality is being conscious or consciousness.
In other words if you are aware of being, you are not dead, un-conscious or asleep, you are aware.

What you need is to be aware of being aware.

Awareness is very subtle and therefore it is simply overlooked until it is clearly pointed to and
effortlessly recognized as one's affectionate true nature and natural state of being. It is nothing new.

Realizing that simply being aware naturally is this presence of awareness itself does not
take any time or any effort. Just some common sense. Understanding this, is realizing the Self.

Removal of the notion that we have not realised the Self is all that is required.
We are always the Self, only we don’t realise it.

Once you get that there is nothing lost or spiritual whatsoever about the Self, you finally got it.
Being aware is simply being conscious or being awake from sleep. That alone is what the Self truly is.

Life, consciousness, awareness, being is 'I' am.
Everyone alive knows that they are, 'I' am is first hand.

Aware-ness present is knowing that you are present. You are that.
You are the knowing that you are. Present awareness is 'I' am that 'I' am.

The Search for a spiritual Self is trap. Awareness is nothing to be freshly acquired.
Spiritual Seekers cannot accept that they have been looking in the wrong direction when
all along they already are the Self but so busy seeking the Self as something new, spiritual or holy.

To Seek awareness is to always look away from awareness. To be aware is what you are.
Awareness was never spiritual or religious in anyway but simply natural. That is the funny paradox.
To Seek this presence of awareness in any spiritual ways is only to acquire ignorance and wrong knowledge.

The natural state of being.
Awareness is not spiritual but simply natural.

Another name for being aware or aware-ness is wakeful-ness or sentience.
Being conscious is nothing new but what we all are naturally when we are awake.

Wakeful-ness, aware-ness, conscious-ness are synonymous
with being the Infinite Self and oneself. That is all.

You are awareness. Awareness is another name for you.
Since you are awareness, there is no need to attain or cultivate it.

Who foolishly needs to cultivate and strive to attain or acquire awareness
when simply being aware, is already abiding as this awareness itself?

Get to know your real nature. One only has to have a look and see.
Remove ignorance. That is all that is necessary.

which is everyone's true nature is already here, it is very ordinary and natural.
It is the natural state of being common to all and always experienced directly by everyone alive.

The wrong knowledge that the Infinite Self is something spiritual
or religious is a trap. That wrong knowledge must go.

What you Seek is nothing new, spiritual or apart. It is yourself.

See the false as false. Any spiritual state of awareness do not exist.
There is only the natural state of being. Being aware is the absolute Reality.

Being aware is what is truly being pointed as one's true nature. That is the Open Secret.
The Self is not something new, spiritual or far away. It is what you are naturally.

There is no spiritual state of consciousness.

The experience is here and now. Being alive is being the Reality.
Spirituality is illusion or false imagination while the Reality is simply Life itself.

Being alive or alive-ness is abiding as one's true nature. No one can deny one's own existence.
Everyone alive is aware of being. Awareness of being is the Reality. The Reality here and now is 'I' am.

Just like Gold can take many shapes or forms and yet the essence will always remain Gold.
Life will take many shapes or many forms but the essence always remains Life.

No one alive lives Life.

Life is living itself naturally as everyone.
One Life or the One without the second present as all sentient beings.
Just like water and ice. Life which is pure consciousness is everyone's true nature.

Nothing new or spiritual whatsoever about being alive, but natural.
We are Life living itself naturally. That is all.

The natural state of being.

Forget everything spiritual and you are there.

Be still and know that 'I' am or 'I' exist is the absolute Real-'I'-ty.
The Infinite Self is nothing new or spiritual but that 'I' am you know so well.

The Self is me, my self and 'I'. The Self is just another name for 'you'. What else did you expect it to be?
The Infinite Self or consciousness is just another name for the good ol' ordinary everyday 'you'.

Consciousness is not imaginary. It is the simple fact of one's own being.
No one alive can deny the Self or consciousness is present.
Life, existence, consciousness are synonymous.

If you were told that the Infinite Self was in anyway spiritual or religious. Oops.

You only have been sold water by the River all this time.
You foolishly believe the false to be true. The Infinite Self is existence itself.
Consciousness is nothing new, spiritual or apart. Look at yourself. Look at your own being.

That is IT. One's own ordinary self, being or natural effortless existence is
this presence of consciousness itself AKA the Infinite Self, God or Life.

The Self is not silence, space or anything spiritual or religious. It never was. Some idiots made it up to be.
Being alive is the Reality. Existence is consciousness expressing itself naturally as one's own being.

There is no bondage and there is no liberation.
Spirituality and religions are only businesses of make believe.

There is no such thing as a spiritual Self or religious God. It is all false ideology and illusion.
Just fiction or spiritual carrots used to entice the veiled, the simple and the weak.

If you want to be bound to illusion. Adopt a Guru, a religion and spirituality.
Then you will spend years striving to Free yourself from false imagination.

Existence. Being alive naturally is the experience. That is abiding as one's true nature.
There is no bondage and there is no liberation. Spiritual people only imagine that there is.

Question. Investigate. Find out what is real. Know the Truth.
If it is not present here and now and can be denied it is only illusion.
Once you come to recognize the most obvious and undeniable, that is it.

Knowing the Self (consciousness) is being the Self, and being means existence,

Can anyone deny one's own existence and claim 'I' do not exist or 'I' am not?
Only a delusional fool would negate one's own being or denied one's own existence.

Common sense is all that is required to know the Infinite Self. Simply because He is Life itself.

Be content with what you are sure of. And the only thing you can be sure of is 'I' am.
The only fact you are sure of is that you are. The only clue you have is your certainty of being.

but the plain, ordinary everyday 'you'.

The Self (consciousness) you seek to know is truly yourself.

What is Life and what is death?

Life is consciousness.

Consciousness is the natural Living presence or governing intelligence that we call Life
that is undeniably self-shining naturally within the body. The Power if you like.

What happens when we die?

Nothing happens to consciousness or the Power.
Death is just a change from expressing as a pattern or a form to form-less.

Life itself does not know death. Only the body or pattern that is created out
of the five elements from the food ingested by the mother return to the five elements.
Only the five elements are borrowed to create the body or a pattern for Life to express itself.

What is Real or eternal does not come or go anywhere.
The eternal is consciousness and that consciousness is no-thing.

Every-thing that exists is paradoxically no-thing in nature. A funny paradox.

One's true nature or consciousness is not the changing body but the unseen
power undeniably present within the body or pure consciousness that we call Life.

Know your true nature to be the Living presence or consciousness naturally present within the body.
Growing your hair, beating your heart, feeding every cell and shining through your eyes.
The Self is nothing new. Life is the Reality everyone likes to be.

Life is Natural. Life is.
It just is. Life is living itself Naturally.

There never was anything spiritual about being. Existence is only Natural.
Plain, common and ordinary everyday being-ness is abiding as one's true nature.

Like a light bulb has power to shine of its own.

The body has no power. Life is the power and the Reality.
You are alive, you are the Self. You are the power within the body.

Understanding this, is realizing that one's true nature is formless pure consciousness.
Consciousness cannot be objectified or denied. It is pure being. Pure existence.
To be alive and aware of being is the experience itself. Pure being.

No one can deny the Self, consciousness or Life to be present.
It is impossible to say 'I' do not exist or 'I' am not.

One's own existence cannot be denied.
To be, to exist is to be the Self.

Consciousness is indeed always with us.
Everybody knows 'I' am. No one can deny his own being.

Say 'I' am. See!
Before you can say 'I' am
you must be present and aware of being.

Dead people do not say 'I' am. They are dead.
Life is no longer present and shining within their own body.

Remove the power or consciousness from the body and you have a dead corps. Still and silent.
It will still have eyes but will not be able to see. Have ears but will not be able to hear.
Consciousness is lively and buoyant. It is cognizant living-ness or aware-ness.

Knowing that you are alive is the proof that consciousness is indeed present. It is 'I' am.
Awareness of being. Look at your own being. You are alive and aware of being.
You know that you are and you like it. That is IT. Awareness of being.

The Self or consciousness is nothing new, special or spiritual but
what you already are and have always been naturally.
Living-ness, being-ness, 'I' am-ness.

Of course if you want to be religious or spiritual and keep quiet or silent the rest of your natural life,
then realize that you are only pretending to be dead before your time. Why be like a Zombie?
Stillness and silence is for the dead. Consciousness is the natural activity of being alive.

It just is. Pure existence. You cannot stop being. Life present is 'I' am present.
Consciousness is therefore that 'I' am you know so well as your own being.

Consciousness has nothing to do with spirituality, religions, silence or space.
Consciousness or the Self is pure existence. Being alive is abiding as this consciousness.

Existence present is 'I' am. Awareness of being. There is no waiting for anything new.
The experience is always here and now. Being alive naturally is the experience itself.

What have you to wait for when it is already here and now?
You have to only look & see. Look at yourself, at your own being.

You know that you are and you like it. Abandon all imagining, that is all.
Do not rely on time, time is death, who waits dies. Life is now only!

If you were told by some A-hole that if you believed and cultivated this or practiced that
you will eventually become something new, spiritual or holy. You have been lied to.

Life is Now only. That is IT.
Here and now 'I' am is the Reality.

That is all there is to realize. Existence is the Self.

Existence is so simple and so natural. No effort is required to be.
Common to all and always experienced directly by all. The Self is life itself.

If you are alive, you are the Self. Knowing that you are alive is being the Self.
Knowing that you exist here and now is this consciousness itself.

That is all there is to realize.

Consciousness is the natural essence of Life itself and the immortal Self.
Consciousness always remains the same eternally. It is the imperishable Self.

Not as a human pattern or any patterns but as pure unchanging consciousness itself. As no-thing.
Do not foolishly believe that you will eventually reunite with some loved ones somewhere in heaven.

That is only some religious creation and fantasy. It makes un-happy people feel better about their lives to
foolishly believe that they will be a lot happier when they are dead. How foolish is that non-sense?.

All the spiritual ideologies people foolishly believe about some life after death are false.
No one goes anywhere but simply remains the exact same essence of existence but form-less.

What is born must surely die. It is just the way life is. Patterns come. Patterns go.
Yet, what happens to a wave that rises, moves and collapses back into the Ocean? Nothing.
It remains Ocean and never was apart from the Ocean or anything other in Nature than Ocean.

Of course without a pattern to express through, there are no thoughts or feelings present
about being either human or a any thing. No-thing remains present and unchanging.
So that is all. Life is the presence of consciousness present in all sentient beings.

Life is Now only. You lost nothing and you gain nothing.
Only fools cultivate spiritual concepts or a before and an after.

Attachments or Love for the dying body is very strong for some people.
Yet, this is IT! Right here and right now is the only moment of existence.

There is no coming or going anywhere.
There is only here and now. No happy place, no heaven or hell.
When the Dream of life ends. Only pure consciousness remains present as no-thing.

Realize that only the body is born to die.

The body has no future so don't get too caught up with it. Simply realize that you are not the dying body,
but the affectionate living-ness or conscious-ness itself that is self-shining naturally within the body.

That realization does not make someone become a Saint or 
holy being with spiritual faculties and all that non-sense.

Simple Self-Realization or understanding
is all that is required to remove ignorance. You gain nothing out of it.
Only ignorance about one's true nature is removed. We call this understanding Wisdom.

It is just fun to know oneself. After all, life is a only a journey of self-discovery.
You are Life. You are consciousness. You are the Self. It is only Natural.

There is nothing whatsoever spiritual about the Infinite Self.
Only the ignorant foolishly 'believes' that there is.

Life is living itself as you. Therefore you cannot acquire or become what you already are.
Realize that you are Life. Life is everyone's true nature. The Infinite Self is Life itself.

The experience is always here and now. Call off the Search. You are that.
You are the Self this very moment. Just being yourself naturally.

To be alive is the experience.
So near and so dear.

The Self is 'I' am.

To know that you are alive presently is 'I' am.
Existence present translates as awareness of being, as 'I' am.

There is no one that does not say 'I' am.

Understanding is all.

Consciousness present is the knowing that you are.
Dead people do not say 'I' am. Consciousness is present as Life itself.

No one alive can deny being. No one alive can deny one's own existence and say 'I' am not.

There is no spiritual God to bless you, no one to turn to or pray to. Being is the experience. That is all.

Reality is simply being alive and aware of being oneself. 'I' am is not spiritual but natural.
To be or not to be. There isn't anyone alive who does not know and does not say 'I' am.
Know that 'I' am is consciousness itself. Consciousness is the knowing that you are.

Knowing the Self (consciousness) is being the Self, and being means existence,

What is spiritual about being? Nothing at all.
One's true nature is Natural. That is the Secret. It is Life itself.

but realizing that you are consciousness in nature. You are that.
Consciousness is nothing spiritual but natural.

That is the Secret to Life.
Realize that you are Life itself.

Consciousness is the Sought-after Truth.
It is nothing new, spiritual or apart. He is simply Life itself.

Life or consciousness is indeed present because right here and right now you are alive.

Being alive and awake. That alone is abiding as one's true nature. That alone is consciousness or the Self.
Present awareness or being conscious is awareness of being. Consciousness present is 'I' am. The Self is 'I' am.

There is no before or any after. The experience is always here and now.
Being alive is always being the Self. Nobody lost the Self or becomes anything new or special.

To be alive and conscious everyday naturally is to abide as He, the Self or the Reality. Nothing special.
Nothing new or spiritual whatsoever. A paradox. Being the Infinite Self is simply being oneself naturally.

What else do you want? Simply being alive is naturally abiding as one's true nature.
That is the Open Secret. Being. There is no bondage or liberation. Just being oneself naturally.

That is what this consciousness or the Self is. Life itself. Awareness present is being. Nothing new.
'I' am is common to all, plain, boring, ordinary awareness of being oneself and the One Self. That is all.

Spirituality are just a made up illusory carrots used to entice the simple, the weak and the dumb.
None of this crap has anything to do with the Reality. That the Secret. Life is God or He.

The Reality is the simple fact of one's own being. It is 'I' am.

Say 'I' am to yourself. Consciousness is indeed present because you know that you are.
If you are un-conscious. Can you say 'I' am? Of course not! Being awake or aware is this consciousness.

It is pure awareness of being. It  is that 'I' am you know so well.

everyday 'I' am or pure awareness of being. One's own being is the most plain and the most ordinary to anyone.

Everyone knows and says 'I' am.
Everyone alive is always the Self. They simply do not realize it.

Consciousness or the Self is not something to be freshly acquired or to be achieved.
Like brainwashing or conditioning. Spirituality and religions are the opposite of the Reality.

The ones who Seeks the Self as something spiritual will gain a spiritual way only. Nothing else.
Spiritual Seekers are always looking away from the Reality by striving to become, acquire or experience illusion.

Call off the Search.

Like a 'Diamond' hidden in your pocket. The Self is always here.
Consciousness is always present as your own being. As that 'I' am you know.

You are what you Seek to know. Being conscious is being the Self or conscious-ness.

The Self is not some spiritual presence or experience. The Self is just ordinary consciousness.
Consciousness shines effortlessly as the natural state of being awake or aware all day long. That is all.

We call this Living-ness or conscious-ness Life. That is what it is. Existence.
So near and so dear. It is shining naturally within your own dwelling as your own existence.

One's own being. Never lost but paradoxically present closer than close all along. The Self is 'I' am.
You never lost it. You are it this very moment. Being alive and awake from sleep is abiding as that.

The Self (consciousness) you seek to know is truly yourself.

The only trouble for the veiled and the ignorant Seeker is to foolishly believe
that the Infinite Self is spiritual, when in fact it is simply Natural.

One's own natural existence is the Self.

We call this natural state of existence, being.
That alone is the Real experience AKA the Reality.

Everyone alive is Life or the Self living and expressing itself Naturally.
Nothing spiritual about being the Self. It is simply Natural.

What effort do you have to make to be?
'I' am needs no proof.

The Natural State.

Did you know that the Reality is nothing spiritual?
So called God is just another name for Life or existence.

Therefore being alive is being God. That is all.

Right here. Right now. You are the Self.

The experience is here and now. The experience is being alive.
There is nowhere to go. Nothing new or different to become.

You do not become the Self. Here and now you are that.
Being alive and aware of being is 'I' am.

You know that you are.

Have a look and see. Who is not aware of being oneself?
Are you alive? Are you aware of being? 'I' am is certain. There you go sport!

That is IT. Full stop.

That is what the fuss is truly all about. No-thing. That is everyone's true nature.
Life or the Self is the unseen power, presence or energy self-shining naturally within the body.
