Once you get that there is nothing new to get, you finally got it! The Cosmic Joke.

Like a fish in the Ocean search frantically everywhere for the Ocean,

Understanding and recognizing the Self, He, God AKA awareness is very, very easy.
Awareness is the ordinary expression of the natural intelligence that we call Life.

What is the Self, He, the Reality or God? Being aware is being IT.
That is what the fuss is all about. Being aware is the awareness. That is all.

What can be simpler and more easy?
Awareness is the state of being and remaining aware. So simple.

Don't you know? There is no attaining, reaching, becoming or cultivating awareness.

Being awake from sleep everyday is always abiding as this unchanging awareness itself AKA the Self.
In other words to be conscious or awake is the present awareness some call God and others the Self. Voila!

Nothing new to be reached or to be attained. That is the Joke of it all.
No spiritual or religious powers or special faculties to be acquired.

Just being aware is being that. Full stop!

Awareness or the Infinite Self is simply being aware. Nothing new, fancy, spiritual or religious whatsoever. 
So plain and so ordinary. The state of being aware or awareness is simply the natural state of being common to all.

Whoever said one's true nature was anything else? Liars do! The ultimate Truth is so simple.

Just be aware
that you are and remain aware.
You are aware anyhow, you need not try to be.

If you are aware of being present right now realize that is present awareness.
Knowing that you are present is 'I' am. Present awareness is 'I' am.

Everybody knows and says 'I' am all day long.
Wakefulness is 'I' am. Being aware is awareness of being.

Sentience, cognizance, wakefulness, awareness or consciousness
is the natural state of being and remaining aware. That is the Sought-after Truth.

You will not find this simple Truth inside spiritual or religious books. It is camouflaged with illusion.
Forget all about spirituality and all religions. They cannot help you. They are the poison, not the cure.

People Seek everywhere for what they already are naturally all along and have always been. A strange paradox.
To be awake is awareness. To be conscious is consciousness. Call off the Search. That alone is one's true nature.

Everybody wakes up so called 'Enlightened' everyday,
they simply do not know it. Ignorance is a bitch.

When you are sick and tired of Seeking.
Stop and have a look at yourself. You are that.
Aren't you aware? Being aware is being that awareness.

Awareness is NOT something new or apart from you.
Realize that here and now you are aware.
It is what you are this very moment.

That is all. Simple isn't it.

You gain nothing because you lost nothing.
Chop wood and carry water. Chop wood and carry water.

Only the camouflage of ignorance is removed. That is what Self-Realization is.

Realisation is not the acquisition of anything new nor is it a new faculty.
It is only removal of all camouflage.

Many Seekers ask, what is the state of 'Enlightenment'.
The answer is very simple.

When you are asleep you are unconscious
When you are awake you are aware.

That is IT.

To be awake is to be aware and that is the awareness itself that is
being pointed to as one's unchanging thoughtless true nature and the Self.

Being awake is always abiding as unchanging awareness.

What you need is to be aware of being aware.

Being awake everyday or being and remaining aware is being the Self.
Anyone that tells you otherwise is simply lying to you or is an ignorant fool.
Awareness is nothing new, special or far away. It is everyone's natural state of being.

Consciousness, sentience, awareness is simply wakeful-ness.
That is what we call the state of 'Enlightenment'.
Being sentient is therefore being a 'Buddha'.

That is the Open Secret.

I've always had a very inquisitive nature. Always wanting to know.
I questioned everything. Until one day I question my own existence.

I wanted to know who am 'I'? What am 'I' really? What is my real nature?
I guess I could comfortably say that asking so many questions took me home.

Even though I was told by others pretending to be wise and holy to keep quiet,
that consciousness could not be understood or who wants to know etc, I discarded all that non-sense
and earnestly kept on pushing forward until I finally reached the destination I paradoxically had never left.

Now I share with others what I discovered through inquiry and found out to be true for myself.
First and foremost one must question Reality. Find out what is Real.
For the false cannot stand up to investigation.

That is a must. Question all your acquired beliefs as well,
for they are the only problem. Question everything,
that is the 'bird's way' to Self-Realization.

Do not be a blind Sheepo. Open up your eyes and see for yourself the Reality.
Do not take anything or anyone for granted and of course read between the lines.
Questioning, investigating and understanding is the 'key' to Self-discovery and Freedom.

Did you know that religions and spirituality have nothing to do with the Reality?

It is true but spiritual and religious people will never tell you that!

There is no money in Freedom.

It is a pity to see that even with contemporary understanding, many self-appointed Gurus
in this day and age will entice Seekers with spiritual and religious carrots to sell a book or seek a fee.

The Reality is not some spiritual or religious fantasy. It is nothing new or holy.

Know the Truth! The Sought-after Truth is simply Life itself. Everybody knows it so well already.
The Reality is at once being alive and being conscious. Awareness of being alive is 'I' am.

Being alive is consciousness present. Being conscious is this consciousness itself
self-shining naturally as pure awareness of being.

It (consciousness) is pure awareness of being.
It (consciousness) is that 'I' am you know so well.

Living intelligence. No consciousness present, no Life present.
As with water and ice. Consciousness is the unseen presence of existence that we call Life.
Just like a light bulb cannot shine without power. Consciousness is the power shining in the body.

Everybody knows consciousness so well already as 'I' am.
That is what the Self, He, the Reality is all about.
Just this and nothing else.

That is what so called God truly is, plain ordinary everyday consciousness common to all and
always experienced directly by all is this undeniable affectionate presence of existence that we all like to be.

The Self or consciousness AKA Life itself is the very core of all sentient beings.
Therefore all sentient beings are already 'Buddhas' so to speak, they simply DO NOT KNOW IT.

All sentient beings are essentially 'Buddhas'.
As with water and ice, there is no ice without water.
Not knowing how close the truth is, we seek it far away.

To look for it is to always look away from it. The Seeker is the Sought.
Turn within. Look at your own being. That is where the Reality is found. It is 'I' am.

Where is consciousness or existence to be found but undeniably present within one's own dwelling.
Ignorance is the only trouble. Not knowing how near and dear is the Infinite Self.

Remove ignorance and voila! That is what so called Freedom is all about.
All about knowing thyself to be the natural expression of Life itself.

Life is living itself.

Life is the only Infinite Self. That is the Reality.
There is no spiritual or religious Self. That is only illusion.
To the self-inquiry or question of who am 'I'? The answer is 'I' am.

Not some spiritual, religious or holy 'I' am.
But simple changeless common to all awareness of being 'I' am.

Present awareness. Look at yourself here and now.
Are you aware? You know that you are present? That is 'I' am.

Awareness of being oneself is 'I' am. You are the knowing that you are.
Consciousness present is that 'I' am you know so well already
as your own plain ordinary everyday self.

To realize that to be alive is to be the Self is the Self-Realization.
Call Life God, the Self or consciousness.
All are simply pointing to that.

Present here and now. So near and so dear.
The Self or consciousness is present as Life itself.

Being alive and aware of being oneself is the experience itself
'I' am here and now is the Self. Being. There is nothing more to realize.

Everyone knows and says 'I' am. Who is not aware of himself?
Awareness of being oneself all day long is the Self or God. 'I' am is That.

Is there anyone who is not aware of himself? Each one knows,
but yet does not know the Self. A strange paradox!

If you know that you are not dead or un-conscious,
then you are therefore conscious and aware of being.

Understanding consciousness alone is Freedom. Just this and nothing else.
It is very easy to understand consciousness. After all, you are that consciousness itself.

To be conscious is itself the experience. It is pure awareness of being.
Consciousness is not some special state that is yet to be reached.
To be conscious is to be the Self AKA consciousness itself.

There is no becoming anything new or different.
Look at yourself. Look at your own being.

You know that you are.
Consciousness is indeed present.
Being aware or conscious is the experience itself.

You do not have to kick start or cultivate awareness.
How much time does it take to know that you are present?

Present awareness needs no proof. It is 'I' am. The knowing that you are.
Consciousness is that 'I' am you know so well already as your own self and being.
You are the Self. You are consciousness. You are That. Consciousness is your true nature.

Consciousness is indeed always with us.
Everybody knows 'I' am. No one can deny his own being.

Call off the Search. There is nothing missing or lost.
Being yourself is being the Self. You are what you Seek.

You gain nothing, zero, zip for you lost nothing. Only ignorance is removed with understanding. That is all.
Wisdom alone is Freedom. Ignorance is the only veil to be removed. So simple. That is the Open Secret.

Some people may ask what about Enlightened Sage, Jnanis, Maters, Buddhas or Gurus?
Just like with the Wizard of OZ, remove the veil and you will easily realize that there is no Wizard.
All and only for show to confuse, entice or sell water by the River to the ignorant for self-gratification or a fee.

In Truth you need absolutely nothing.
Only ignorance is to be removed. That is all.

That which is eternal is not known to be so because of ignorance.
Ignorance is the obstruction. Get over this ignorance and all will be well.

What is the eternal? Life itself. People simply do not know it.
The consciousness which is the real presence of existence is the immortal Self.
Life doesn't know death. Life or existence is pure consciousness and that is the imperishable Self.

Know your true nature or real self to be consciousness or Life itself and you know the Truth about your real nature.
There is no becoming anything new, nothing to change, to alter or modify. Just know the Truth and it sets you Free.

Know the Truth about your self by simply removing ignorance.
Understanding is all. That is how one gets rid of all camouflage.

Everyone alive is always the Self. Life is the Self. Being alive is abiding as that consciousness itself.
Consciousness is not some spiritual or mystical power or presence. Consciousness is ordinary existence or Life.

Why do so many Seekers overlook the most precious and obvious?
They have acquired wrong knowledge from spiritual books and others about the Reality.

If you have been a long time Seeker, meditater, worshipper, practicer of this and that denomination or religion.
desperately striving to reach, attain or become the Self. STOP everything! Be still and know that 'I' exist is God.

To be or not to be. Everyone knows 'I' am. 'I' am is always certain. No one can deny one's own being.
Consciousness is existence or simply Life itself. Being alive is therefore being the Self AKA God.
Nothing new or different is to be freshly acquired. Only remove ignorance.

That is all that needs to be done.

After all, who ever said that Freedom was anything other than that?
The wise simply understood. Not reached, not attained or acquired anything new.

Only remove ignorance. That is all there is to be done.

Know the simple Truth! The Reality is already here.
Being alive is being the Self. Existence is consciousness.

There is no mind to go behind. No ego to kill.
No void, no dimensions, no blue man or spiritual beings or deities of any kind.
There is no God in the Sky. No place to go or anything spiritual to be achieved or to become.

Forget all that non-sense!

The experience is always here and now.

Life, God, consciousness are one and the same thing.
One's own undeniable affectionate existence is therefore the Divine.

Knowing the Self (consciousness) is being the Self, and being means existence,
one’s own existence. No one denies one’s own existence.

The Self cannot be denied. Life or existence is the Infinite Self AKA consciousness. The absolute Reality.
No one denies one's own existence. 'I' am present and aware of being means 'I' exist here and now.

'I' am or you are here and now is that presence of consciousness itself.
Know 'I' am. Be still and know that here and now you are that. 'I' am is that.

You are what you Seek. The Self is yourself. Your own existence is that. Life is that.
How can you kiss this Beauty? You can only be what you are naturally.
Just be. That is all there is to do. That is abiding as the Self.

You wander restlessly from forest to forest
while the Reality is within your own dwelling.

You are awareness.

Awareness is just another name for you.
To know thyself is therefore very easy. Get to know you.

To know the Self AKA consciousness AKA one's thoughtless true nature,
all that is necessary is to simply pause thoughts for a few moments.

Be still! What remains present when you pause thoughts?

Unchanging awareness.

That is IT.

Nothing new, spiritual or special happens.
Just thoughts disappear and the Self is self-revealed.

What can be more simple than that? So simple, that it is laughable.

All that is required to realize the Self (consciousness) is to be still.
What can be easier than that?

How much time does it take?
Pause thoughts. You are there! Simple or what?

Yet some people will spend years striving to reach or attain the Self.
How foolish, ignorant or stupid is that? The Self is not reached.
Being aware is being the Self. That is all.

Just be aware

No time or effort is required to know the Self.
Be still and voila! That is IT.

Make no effort! Just pause thoughts. Be still. There! You are aware.

Be still, you are there! Be still, you are there! Be still, you are there! Isn't it fun?
So easy. That is all that is required to know the Self. Super-duper simplicity.

If you can hold your breath or hold a fart, you can hold a thought.
Pause! Full stop! That is all it takes.

Simple as that.

If you wonder what is so special, spiritual or religious about the Self. Nothing.
Awareness is simply the natural state of being common to all. That is all.

You are awareness.
Awareness is another name for you.
Since you are awareness, there is no need to attain or cultivate it.

Who told you that the Self was anything else?
And why did you believe them?

There is nothing new whatsoever about the Self.
Being awake or conscious is being aware.

Being aware is being the Self.
That is called awareness.

You are that.

Understanding is Realizing.

Just like all images on the screen always come and go but the screen always remain.
All experiences no matter what and all states always come and go but consciousness always remain.
Instead of looking for anything new or different to be experienced, simply get to know that which always is.

What comes and goes is transient in nature, impermanent and therefore not real.
That which always is present and unchanging is called the Reality.

Illusion or Reality.

Take the natural activity of seeing. Seeing is being the Self.
Seeing is not a thought but pure cognizing. Consciousness is the witnessing presence.
Same with hearing, feeling or thinking for example. Who is present and aware of thoughts?

Who is the knower present? Same presence of course. So, that is what the Reality simply is.
The 'witness' of all these things. The knower is consciousness itself.

Who is undeniably present to be aware of this and that?
'I' am of course! You are that 'I' am you know.
Consciousness or the Self is 'I' am.

'I' am is that.

That is pretty much it. You are this consciousness itself.
Nothing lost or missing. Nothing apart or far away.

Being oneself is always being the Self.

Simple as that.

Seeing, hearing, thinking, feeling, smelling etc.
All natural activities are at once cognized by consciousness.
The cognizing presence of consciousness is unchanging awareness.

Instead of looking to see something new or different, notice who is the Seer.
Seeing is being the Self. That is one's thoughtless true nature and absolute Reality.

Who is always present and aware? You are!
You are that present awareness itself. It is 'I' am.
The Self or consciousness is what you are naturally.

We are 'imagining' we are bound and are making various, strenuous attempts to become free.
We will be surprised that we were frantically trying to attain something,
which we have always been and are.

What you Seek is what you are. To know the Self. Be yourself!

Why does the fish in the water cry that he is thirsty?

Many people have given Life a fancy name. Some call it God or the Self.
The natural presence of consciousness which is the living power present within the body
is the Infinite Self, Reality or God being pointed to as everyone's true nature or the Oneness.

Being alive is the natural state of being. Awareness of being alive is 'I' am. 'I' am is 'that'. Life itself.
He, the Self, the Reality or God is Life itself. The 'Kingdom' is in you. Where else would it be?
Present here and now of course self-shining naturally as one's own existence.

Don't go foolishly looking for it passed your nose or you will always miss it.
Turn within toward that 'I' am you know. Everyone knows 'I' am.

Be still and know that 'I' am is that. So simple.
What you Seek is what you are naturally this very moment.

Meaning that Life is the natural presence of consciousness common to all
that is self-shining naturally as Life itself and as pure awareness of being.

Life or consciousness present is 'I' am.
No one can deny one's own being.

Consciousness is indeed always with us.
Everybody knows 'I' am. No one can deny his own being.

Call this presence of consciousness or living-ness the unseen Power or natural intelligence and energy
or 'Spirit of Life' within the body, all these labels are simply pointing to the natural presence of Life itself.

Consciousness is the real presence of existence that we call Life.
Everyone knows it so well already as 'I' am or simply abiding as one's own being.
Nothing new, nothing special, spiritual or fancy. Being conscious is this consciousness itself.

Now if you are the spiritual type that wants to talk about karma, higher self, void, aliens. ghosts etc,
this web site is not for you. There is nothing spiritual or paranormal or special about one's true nature.
In fact consciousness is no-thing. It is the most boring, stateless, emptiness, pure being-ness or existence.

Here there is no ego, or two selves or finite self, no mind or anything whatsoever to go beyond or get rid of.
One's true nature is all about being alive naturally. Being and consciousness is this Reality we call Life.
Everybody is already the real Self or abiding as consciousness itself. They simply do not realize it.

There is nothing to change, nothing to alter or modify. There is no goal to be reached and nothing to be attained.
Seeking special skills or faculties like walking on water have nothing to do with this message of non-duality.
Pointing to that only. Here one's thoughtless Reality is simply and directly being pointed to. That is all.

The Self is common to all and always experienced directly by all sentient beings.
Simple changeless being is one's true nature. Consciousness is known to all as 'I' am.
Awareness of being. Being conscious is nothing to be learned or to be freshly acquired.

Seeking special or spiritual skills will get you nowhere, or closer to know the Reality.
Only understanding that simply being alive and aware is always effortlessly and naturally
abiding as one's thoughtless true nature is the so called 'Self-Realization'. Then the Seeking stops.

Didn't anyone tell you? Being conscious or being aware is the experience itself. That is all.
Being conscious is the consciousness that is being pointed to as the Self, He, the Reality. Just this.

Life is consciousness itself. Life is the Oneness present in all. Being alive is the experience itself.
Consciousness present is simply being alive and aware. One's own existence is the Infinite Self.

Life doesn't know death. Consciousness is the imperishable Self. Rejoice!
The body dies but consciousness AKA the 'Power' remains the same.

There is no goal to be reached. There is nothing to be attained.
You are the Self (consciousness). You exist always.

Get to know the simple Truth about your own self. You are formless pure consciousness.

Do not fall for the so called 'Buddha on the Road' that is pretending only
to have reached or attained some great or spiritual state of consciousness. That is all B.S.
Many have been conned and fooled by self-appointed Gurus selling fantasy to the ignorant for a fee.

If you ever hear stories from Seekers about how great this Guru is or that Teacher is truly Enlightened etc,
that is all a bunch of non-sense. A so called 'Enlightened' person is the greatest illusion of all. A fraud and a liar.

You are already there! Aren't you tired of endlessly chasing after spiritual carrots?
The Reality is simple changeless being. Common to all. Existence is the Divine.

The state of pure being which is common to all and which is always
experienced directly by everybody is one's true nature.

Life is the Self. Life is the experience itself. Call off the Search.

Paradoxically Seekers want the false to be true and reject this simple Truth.

Find out what is real because the Reality or the Self is nothing new, spiritual or holy.
There is no waiting for the Reality. Life is Now only. What are you waiting for?
Anyone who waits for Freedom only dies ignorant. That is all.

Simply remove ignorance with understanding and voila!
You gain nothing because you lost nothing. Just overlooked the obvious.

All that is necessary is to simply understand, realize or recognize
that one's own self is this presence of consciousness itself. You are that.

Realisation is nothing to be gained afresh, it is already there.
All that is necessary is to get rid of the thought I have not realised.

but simply being that which you always are and which you always have been.

Existence is the same as happiness and happiness is the same as being.

The Self is me, myself and 'I' .

Why does everyone want to run away from themselves
when one's own self is the Self? A strange paradox! Thou art that.

Always unhappy. Seekers are always complaining about this or about that.
Be content with being alive and stop complaining. Existence is the bliss of the Self.

Life is living itself.

Being yourself. Alive and enjoy. Be content with being alive, that alone is being the Self.
Life is the absolute Reality, the Precious, the Sought-after Truth and true Beloved.
So simple. Be just as you are. That is abiding as the Self, He, the Reality.

Be content with what you are sure of. And the only thing you can be sure of is 'I' am.
The only fact you are sure of is that you are. The only clue you have is your certainty of being.

If you can say 'I' am you are undeniably 'Realized'. That is IT.
Have a look at yourself. Get to know 'you'. Know thyself to be Life itself.
Life or consciousness is the Precious "Diamond hidden within your own pocket".

So simple. It is laughable.
So near and so dear is one's own existence.

Only remove ignorance. Just this and nothing else is Freedom.
Understanding that being alive is being the Self is the Realization. So simple.

When have you ever been apart from the Self? When being alive is the Reality.
When have you ever lost your own being? Understand and you will surely go WTF.

Why didn't anyone tell me it was so easy?

Then you laugh at yourself!

The Self or consciousness is nothing new, nothing special, spiritual or holy.
It is simply being yourself naturally. Being alive! That is the joke of it all.
To be alive is to abide as the Reality. That is all there is to realize.

You wander restlessly from forest to forest
while the Reality is within your own dwelling.

The people that pretend to be special, spiritual or holy
are only selling water by the River. That is what is so funny.

So near and so dear. Life or existence is consciousness or the Beloved.
How can you kiss this Beauty? Being alive and kicking is the experience.

Knowing the Self is being oneself. Being oneself naturally is being this Reality.
Can anyone alive deny one's own existence and say 'I' do not exist? Of course not!

Knowing the Self (consciousness) is being the Self, and being means existence,
one’s own existence. No one denies one’s own existence.

Awareness of being is bliss.

What effort do you have to make to be?
So plain, common, natural and ordinary is the Reality.

The natural state of being alive and conscious is the natural state of being.

Common to everyone alive is Life itself that most people simply overlook their affectionate true nature.
Some call being alive being the Self. One's own existence is the experience itself that some call 'Enlightenment'.

Once you understand this simple Truth. Voila! You have done all that need to be done.
Before Enlightenment chop wood, carry water and after Enlightenment chop wood, carry water.

Nothing changes whatsoever. Why should it? Freedom is always here!
Look at yourself. Look at your own being. Consciousness is already present. It is 'I' am. 
Just ignorance about one's true nature is removed with understanding that is what so called Freedom is all about.

Know thyself and you know the Oneness to simply be Life itself.
The Infinite Self or God as some people like to call this natural presence of Life AKA consciousness.

After all only the false notion of bondage is bondage. Bondage is only psychological, it is nothing but a false belief.
Get rid of the false notion of bondage because that is all that needs to be removed with understanding.

Freedom is very easy, nothing to it really. After all, no time or effort is required  
when you are already abiding as the Infinite Self AKA consciousness this very moment.

Look at your own being-ness or 'I' am-ness. Aren't you alive? That is IT.

Ignorance is the only obstacle to get rid of.
That alone is called Freedom.

Of course if you are one of these delusional spiritual or religious Seeker that wants to see the Self as
something new or as a blazing light. Oops! Well then good luck and have fun on your journey to nowhere.

When you are sick and tired of looking everywhere for some foolish fantasy then you are finally 
ready to hear what this simple Truth is simply all about. Nothing new, special, spiritual or fancy.

To be alive and aware is the experience itself. That is all. That is abiding as one's true nature.
Just this and nothing else. You gain nothing because you lost nothing.

Only the Search for the Self that was never lost stops!

Then you laugh at yourself and at the Joke of it all.
That is how you know you understood.

At one stage you will laugh at yourself for trying to discover the Self.

There has never been any spiritual or special states to be reached or attained.
Enlightenment as a spiritual state is crap. Spiritual Enlightenment, salvation or Freedom
is only found within religious mythology to entice and confuse Seekers to become veiled believers
to this religions or that religion when they are not fighting amongst each other and killing themselves in
the name of a spiritual or religious God that doesn't even exist. Freedom has nothing to do with all that crap.

Anyone that promises you salvation or Freedom is lying to you.
There is no bondage therefore Freedom for whom? Remove ignorance only.

Only remove ignorance. That is all there is to be done.

Just realize that being alive and aware of being is being the Self. Done!
Why wait? There is nothing to wait for. Life is Now only.

What have you to wait for when it is already here and now?

Do not rely on time, time is death, who waits dies.

Who said Freedom was hard or difficult?

Seekers always ask what is the fastest way to Self-Realization?

Is it by cultivating silence? Is it by keeping quiet? Is it by meditation?
Is it by singing bhajans? Is it by repeating a mantra etc? Nope!

All that non-sense is called the "ant way"or the very long way or the endless path to nowhere.
All this religious and spiritual stuff only perpetuate the false notion of bondage and illusion of separation.

Freedom is always here.

The fact is that the Reality which is ordinary consciousness or Life is always present as one's true nature.
Consciousness is not at all what anyone spiritual or religious would imagine it to be.
It is simple changeless being or plain ordinary everyday existence.

One doesn't have to pray or meditate or practice anything to be alive and aware.
Wakeful-ness is this presence of consciousness itself or present awareness.
It is the natural state of being common to everybody. Nothing new.

Alive-ness is conscious-ness. Being alive and aware of being naturally everyday is
always abiding as one's true nature. The Self is nothing apart of far away. It is what we are.

So common and so familiar to everyone alive or sentient is that affectionate presence of consciousness
that in fact it is often compared to the undeniable familiarity, commonness and ordinariness of space.

And just like space is always undeniably present and unchanging everywhere you look,
and just like space is always so common and so ordinary to everyone that open their eyes.

Consciousness or Life or existence is always present, so common and so ordinary to everyone alive
as pure changeless being. Being alive is Life present which is this consciousness itself. Existence is the Self.

One's true nature has absolutely nothing to do with space or silence.
Just the analogy of space is used to simply point to the subtlety of one's true nature only.

Simple changeless being is one's true nature.

There is nothing new, spiritual, religious or holy to be attained or to be achieved.
Any spiritual states written in spiritual and holy books are all false knowledge or spiritual carrots
only used to entice weak, simple and ignorant Seekers to foolishly believe the false or illusion to be true.

Am I right or am I wrong? Am I speaking non-sense or am I speaking the Truth?
Find out for yourself, why not! Inquire, question, investigate what is Real.
The false or illusion cannot stand up to investigation.

After all, all the wise will point that the Self, He, the Reality or one's true nature is
always undeniably present here and now and so familiar and closer than close.

The Self is consciousness.

What else do you expect it to be other than simply being alive and aware?
Awareness of being is that consciousness. Consciousness is that 'I' am you know as yourself.

It (consciousness) is pure awareness of being.
It (consciousness) is that 'I' am you know so well.

The only way one can know the Truth is not by sitting with some holy Guru and waiting for a transmission etc.
That is only for idiots. But by investigating, questioning and discovering what the words 'I' am truly represent.
Know that the 'I' am you already know so well is the Self you Seek to know. Thou art that already. That is all.

The Guru cannot give you anything new, which you don’t have already.
Removal of the notion that we have not realised the Self is all that is required.
We are always the Self (consciousness), only we don’t realise it.

The Reality is nothing new or spiritual.
It is only the natural presence of consciousness that we call Life.

Just like a finger that is pointing at the moon, wanting nothing for himself,
a so called 'True Guru' is simply an ordinary person that is only tirelessly pointing to the Self.

Using simple words and clear understanding to point to one's true nature is what a honest pointer does.
No one can give you the Reality simply because you are already that. Not knowing it is the only trouble.

No holy transmissions, no spiritual faculties or great religious siddhi or powers. Just pointing to that.
If you come across any holy Guru or spiritual Teacher AKA Buddha's run away from these people.

They will only confuse you and keep you on a Seeking path.
I speak from my own experience. I have been there I have known this first hand.
Paradoxically if you want to be Free you must get rid of the holy Guru or kill the Buddha on the Road.

They are not what they are telling you and pretending to be. They are scammers and con artists only.
Scum that will entice ignorant Seekers to become servants and at the service of these Gurus.
After all, it is very easy to take advantage of the desperate and the ignorant.

The Self is consciousness and not at all what these people camouflage it to be.
Remove the veil of ignorance only, understanding is all that is necessary.

Know the simple Truth! The Reality is nothing new or apart from you
or something special or spiritual to be acquired from others.

The Self (consciousness) is not something to be acquired from others.
All that is necessary is to know its existence in you.

The Self or consciousness is always undeniably present with you.

Are you aware? Voila! Awareness is undeniably present because you know that you are.
Consciousness is sentience or being aware. That is all there is to recognize, realize or understand.

Anything else spiritual or religious that is camouflaging this simple consiousness as something holy is pure crap.
Forget all about spiritual Gurus, they cannot give you anything new or spiritual. Transmission is B.S. and crap.
Ignorant people will Seek illusion and want to call the impermanent or transient the Reality. How foolish.

Have you ever been mislead to falsely believe that Silence is the teaching by self-appointed Gurus?
Have you been told by self-appointed Gurus to keep quiet, not to question or who wants to know
or that the Self could not be understood and leaving lost and confused by these people.

You simply have been lied to by people that only want donations AKA money
and are only seeking gratification and making a name for themselves.
These are called self-appointed Gurus or Teachers.

The 'true Guru' will not estrange you from yourself. He knows you need nothing,
not even him, and is never tired of reminding you. But the self-appointed Guru
is more concerned with himself than with his disciples...

People will entice and confuse Seekers only
because the simple Truth is not enticing. It is no-thing.
Everyone is already there. Not knowing it, is the only problem.

There is nobody higher or lower. No one more consciousness or existence in Omni-presence.

Some Seekers have brainwashed themselves to believe they have to be in the presence of a holy being.
Some call it Satsang. The fact is that there is no such thing as a holy being. They are only deceiving themselves.

The one who Seeks the Self in any special or spiritual ways will only gain illusion and bondage.
The Truth is self-revealed to the ones who remove ignorance with understanding.
Also worshipping, praying, meditating will get you absolutely nowhere.

So plain, so common and ordinary.

Everyone alive is already the Self. They simply do not know it.
The Self is Life itself. Consciousness is the real presence of existence.

Reality is at once being and consciousness.

Consciousness or Life is what we all are. We are that.
Life is just another name for the Self, He, the Reality or God.
One's own plain ordinary everyday existence is itself the Divine.

Who said the Self was something new, special, spiritual or holy?
That is all crap. Consciousness is the most plain, common, undeniable and ordinary.
The Sought-after Truth is what we all are naturally. Life is the Real God or Reality being pointed to.

The "kingdom is in you" meaning God is the affectionate living-ness or conscious-ness present within the body.
Consciousness is the natural living energy or living power and intelligence which is present in all that we call Life.
Life is the Oneness or Omni-presence being pointed to as consciousness. Nothing hidden far away sitting in the Sky.

Know that the so called state of 'Realization' is not acquiring anything new or spiritual in anyway. It never was.
But all and only the removal of ignorance. That is what Freedom is truly all about. Just this and nothing else.

Didn't anyone tell you?
Ignorance is the only obstruction to Freedom. That is all.

All that we need do is to remove the obstruction.
That which is eternal is not known to be so because of ignorance.

Ignorance is the obstruction.
Get over this ignorance and all will be well.

Sitting in silent meditation will not get you any closer or wiser.
Only delay and postpone the Realization which is simply understanding.

The bottom line is that simply being alive is being the Self. Life is this presence of consciousness itself. That is IT.

Whoever said that everyone alive is not already the One without a second naturally was a total liar.

The fastest way to Realize the Self is to simply remove ignorance with understanding only. That is all.
That is called the "bird's way". Understanding is all. Understanding is the short cut to here and now.

Liberation is our very nature. We are that... It is not to be freshly acquired.
All that is necessary is to get rid of the false notion that we are bound.

Only the false notion of being separate from one's true nature is the illusion of bondage itself.

Understanding what the words Self, He or the Reality etc, represent is the key.

Paradoxically consciousness or the Self is not anything new, not anything whatsoever spiritual or special.
But the most common, simple and ordinary presence of pure being experienced directly by everybody.

After all, if you are alive here and now and aware of being, you are the Self. That is IT.
That is what the Self is. Simple, common ordinary everyday unchanging awareness of being.

Don't you know that the Search for a spiritual Self or holy presence of consciousness is the only trap?
Know the Truth. Any spiritual Self or extra-ordinary presence or being never existed. False imagination only.

One only believes that there is bondage and therefore will frantically Seek liberation. But it is just a false belief.
Only the ignorant Seeker foolishly imagines that the Self or consciousness itself is something new or spiritual.

In fact everyone alive and aware of being oneself everyday is already so called Realized or Enlightened.

They simply do not know it. So near and so dear. The Sought-after Truth is nothing new or different
but simply being oneself naturally. One's true nature is present closer than close, it is simply overlooked.

There is no striving to become Free. Any spiritual or religious effort of any kind is only bondage.
There is only the removal of a false notion of being bound with understanding. That is all.

That is the simple Secret to Freedom from all bondage.

Know thyself. To know one's true nature is very easy. No time or effort is required.
You are already that. Of course not everyone wants to know who they really are. Occasionally some do.

If you want to be Free and understand what this consciousness AKA the Self simply is, then this web site is for you.
In fact there is no bondage and there is no liberation either. There is only understanding or ignorance.
That is all. One is used to remove the other. Wisdom is what is called Freedom.

If you don't understand this consciousness itself, then you are in bondage
when you will understand what this (consciousness) is, then that is liberation.
Paradoxically you will realize that you are already liberated.

'I' am is that.

Be content with what you are sure of. And the only thing you can be sure of is 'I' am.
The only fact you are sure of is that you are. The only clue you have is your certainty of being.

Awareness of being. 'I' am is always with you as the knowing that you are.

The best definition is 'I' am that 'I' am.

The Search for the Self starts and ends with you.

You already are at the destimation you have never left. Call off the Search.
There is nothing new to be freshly acquired. Not knowing what the Self truly is, is the only trouble.

The natural state of being alive and awake from sleep or
being aware and remaining aware all day long naturally is abiding as one's true nature.

That is what the Self is, consciousness present is the state of pure being common to all.
That alone is what the Self and Sought-after Truth simply is. Whoever said is what anything else?
What can be more plain, common and ordinary than the natural state of pure being common to everyone?

The state of pure being which is common to all and which is always
experienced directly by everybody is one's true nature.

If you want to be Free, it is very easy. Just get a clue.
Only the idea 'I' am not already the Oneness or the Infinite Self is bondage.

Of course, there is nothing whatsoever spiritual or religious about one's true nature.
That false notion is only found in fantasy books some call spiritual or holy books.

Life is the Reality that is always present here and now.
That is what the wise have been pointing to as the Self for millenia.
To be alive is to be the Self. That is all. How simple is that Realization?

What have you to wait for when it is already here and now?
You have to only look & see. Look at yourself, at your own being.

No one can deny one's own self and negate one's own being. 'I' am is certain and needs no proof.

'I' am, 'I' am, 'I' am. Who is not aware of himself? Hellooo!
If you are alive and sure that you are not dead then you are the Self.

Is there anyone who is not aware of himself? Each one knows,
but yet does not know the Self. A strange paradox!

Understanding is Realizing. Wisdom alone is Freedom. After all, 'who' is bound

The Self or consciousness is Life itself.

Freedom is not about achieving or acquiring anything.

The Infinite Self is the natural presence of consciousness that is so common to all and always directly experienced

name for this affectionate presence of Life or consciousness that we all like to be.

Who is not aware of being alive? 'I' exist here and now is 'I' am.
Consciousness is present as the knowing that you are.

'I' am that 'I' am.

You are the knowing that you are.
Consciousness present is 'I' am or awareness of being oneself.
After all, who is not aware of himself? Who doesn't know and say 'I' am all day long?

Is there anyone who is not aware of himself? Each one knows,
but yet does not know the Self. A strange paradox!

The Reality is 'I' exist.

Why not wake up to this simple Truth?

Knowing the Self (consciousness) is being the Self,
and being means existence, one’s own existence.
No one denies one’s own existence.

Existence. No one can deny one's own existence.
No one can say 'I' am not or 'I' do not exist.

The Sought-after Truth is 'I' am. The fact of one's own being is the Real-'I'-ty.
In other words, if you know that you are alive right here and now you are so called 'Enlightened'.

One's own existence is consciousness.
One's own existence is the Divine. God is 'I' am.

The Self (consciousness) is God.

Any spiritual or religious God is fiction.
But one's own existence here and now is the Reality.

The Sought-after Truth is nothing spiritual or far away.
After all, how much time does it take to know that you are?

Who am 'I'? To know thyself is so easy. All you know for certain is that you are.
'I' exist here and now is the absolute Reality. 'I' am is the only absolute fact one can be sure of.

Consciousness is what we all are naturally without trying to be.
If you are alive, you are that. Being alive is always being the Self or consciousness itself.
No one ever fails to experience this consciousness directly as one's own existence or being-ness.

We all know consciousness present as 'I' am.
No one can deny one's own being. You are the knowing that you are.
'I' exist is the Reality. 'I' exist is the Sought-after Truth. One's own existence is the Self.

Who am 'I'?
After all, the only fact you are sure of is that you are.
'I' am is certain.

The answer to who am 'I' is so obvious.
Shining in plain sight all along it is the 'I' present in the question.

The Self is yourself. The 'I' who wants to know the Self is already the Infinite Self, He, the Reality.
Being oneself is abiding as one's true nature. There is nothing new or different to be freshly acquired.

What is always present right here and now? You are.

You being just as you are this very moment naturally is the Self you Seek to find all along.
The Reality is nothing new, lost or far away but always present naturally closer than one's own breath.
Only the idea of being anything other than the Reality is the false notion of duality, separation and bondage.

Being oneself is the Self, He, the Reality. The Sough-after Truth is 'you'.
One's own plain ordinary everyday existence is the Reality.
You are the one eternally Free already.

Remove the false notion of bondage with understanding and voila!

On enquiry 'who' is bound?
The notion of bondage vanishes and so does that of Liberation.
The one eternally free alone remains self-revealed.

What makes you foolishly believe that you are not the one eternally Free already?
Did you ever question your beliefs? Did you ever question the Guru, Sage, Jnani or Buddha?
There are no spiritual goals to be reached. Freedom is only the removal of ignorance. That is all it is.

The Search is a trap. Being alive and aware of being is the Reality.

Seekers have acquired wrong knowledge and believe the false to be true.
Any concepts of ego, finite self, small I etc, are just garbage or false knowledge
that is only given to veiled and ignorant people to swallow like pigs swallow crap.

Then they will cry that they are bound when in fact they have always been the real Self and ever-Free.
The only mistake was to accept the false to be true. Brainwashed with lies and wrong knowledge is bondage.

It is not because some people look the part or have spiritual names and speak
holy that what they are telling you is in fact true for in reality it is not.
Spiritual and religious people are paradoxically liars. Funny no.

Ignorant of this simple truth, innumerable methods under different denominations,
such as yoga, bhakti, karma, each again with many modifications, are being taught with
great skill and in intricate detail only to entice the seekers and confuse their minds.
So also are the religions and sects and dogmas.

There is absolutely nothing to change, to alter or modify about onself for the Reality to be.
Medititions, yogas, mantras, bajhans or any spiritual practice of any kind is the bondage itself.

To be or not to be. There is nothing you have to do to be.

There are no spiritual goals to be reached

The state we call Realisation is simply being oneself.

or extra-ordinary Enlightened Sage, Guru or Buddha on the Road you have been conned.
There is no such thing. Just a wanna be appearing to be holy to entice the veiled and the ignorant only.

Didn't anyone tell you? Only the idea of bondage is bondage. That is all. Bondage is only psychological.
One only believes there is bondage, bondage only exist in one's own head as nothing other than false imagination.

One 'believes' that there is bondage and therefore seeks liberation.
But the fact is that there is no bondage but only liberation.

Some spiritual Seekers will wait for years at the feet of someone that is appearing to them
as holy being, Sage or a Buddha for a spiritual transmission of Grace and Freedom. How laughable.

See the false as false.

Did someone appearing as Sage, a Jnani, a holy Guru or Enlightened Buddha sell you water by the River?
Beware of these so called spiritual Gurus, Saints, Teachers and Jnanis because they are only Teaching crap.

Why believe them, when all they are telling you is false anyhow?
Investigate. Have a look. Find out for yourself what is real. Are you really bound?
Look for your chains. Why wait? The one who waits for Freedom only dies an ignorant fool.

Remove ignorance only if you truly desire to be Free.
Ignorant Seekers are only chasing after illusion. Believing the false to be true.
There is no bondage and of course there is no liberation either. Being alive naturally is the Reality.

There is no reaching, no attaining or becoming anything new, different or spiritual whatsoever for Freedom.
Only understanding or realizing that simply being alive and aware is always abiding as one's true nature
is the only so called Self-Realization. That is what the fuss is all about.

How many people are being taught spiritual and religious crap? Believing the false to be true.
Cultivating wrong knowledge year after year. All because of a spiritual Teacher or a holy Guru.

Seekers are only misled and cheated simply because
spiritual Teachers and Gurus are the poison, not the cure.

Know the simple Truth.

Consciousness present is the 'I' present in 'I' am.
If you know that you are, then consciousness is indeed present.
The Self or consciousness is nothing new or far away. It is simply one's own being.

Consciousness is indeed always with us.
Everybody knows 'I' am. No one can deny his own being.

Everyone alive always abide as that presence of consciousness.
It is nothing new, special or holy. It is what we are naturally.

The state of pure being which is common to all and which is always

The Reality is not far away but closer than close. Nothing spiritual or holy but so plain and so ordinary.
Life is just another name for this presence of consciousness and that alone is one's true nature.

There is nothing whatsoever spiritual or religious about Freedom. That is the Joke of it all.
Only removing the false notion of being bound with understanding alone is Realizing.

Ignorant people are only the worshippers and followers of Gurus and Teachers.
These people pretending to be spiritual or religious beings are the greatest illusion.
Spiritual con artists that will entice and confuse ignorant Seekers for gratification or a fee.

Inquire. Question. Investigate. Find out what is Real.
Enlightenment as a spiritual state is a hoax. A spiritual carrot only.

There is no bondage and there is no liberation for anybody. There never was.
Only remove wrong acquired spiritual and religious knowledge for it is the greatest ignorance.

Understanding that there is no separation from one's true is the Realization.
The 'I' or self you know so well as your own being is your true nature.

You are already that. Existence is one's true nature.
You are the one without two. Just this and nothing else.

Who told you that you are not the Reality already?
The 'I' you know so well already as 'you' is the Real Self.

Closer than close. The Seeker is paradoxically the Sought. Call off the Search.
The 'I' is that or Thou art that. The Self you Seek is truly your own affectionate everyday self.

To the ignorant the 'I' is the self limited to the body.
To the wise, the 'I' is the Infinite Self (consciousness).

Freedom from all bondage is paradoxically the simplest and easiest thing in the world.

Not knowing how close the Truth is. That wrong knowledge is the only trouble and obstacle to Freedom.

Look yourself. Look at your own being-ness. You know that you are.

One's own existence is the Self. That is all. So simple.

Knowing the Self (God, Life, consciousness etc) is being the Self,
and being means existence, one’s own existence.
No one denies one’s own existence.

If you know that you are alive you are there. So simple.
No time or effort is required to know that you are alive. 'I' am is certain.

No one can say 'I' do not exist and deny being. 'I' am is 'I' exist. One's own existence is certain.
One's own existence is the Divine. One's own existence is itself abiding as He, the Self, the Reality. That is all.

Who said the Self was anything other than Life itself? Remove the camouflage of ignorance.
That is what the Self simply is. Life is consciousness expressing itself as yourself.

The Self (consciousness) you seek to know is truly yourself.

like that of the ten foolish men who grieved
at the loss of the tenth man,

Why cry over nothing?

'I' am is always with you.
No one can negate one's own being.

Be content with what you are sure of. And the only thing you can be sure of is 'I' am.
The only fact you are sure of is that you are. The only clue you have is your certainty of being.

Spiritual Seekers are in fact brainwashed to foolishly believe illusion or the false to be true.

Spiritual and religious people strive on Seeker's ignorance only. That is their Job.
Making a living by selling spiritual fantasy and false knowledge to spiritual Seekers.

There is no spiritual goal or spiritual state to be reached. There never was.
The spiritual Sage, Jnani, Guru or 'Buddha' you may see on the Road is only for show.
Some even dressing the part only to entice simple and ignorant people to believe the false to be true.

Only remove ignorance. That is all there is to be done.

Self-shining naturally as one's own self and being. It is not to be freshly acquired.

After all, what is everyday wakeful-ness but the natural state of being aware and remaining aware.
Another name for consciousness is sentience or awareness. Being awake or aware is also that.

You are awareness. Awareness is another name for you.
Since you are awareness, there is no need to attain or cultivate it.

Can anyone deny his own being? Deny his own existence and say 'I' do not exist. Of course not.

Hidden in plain Sight all along. What you Seek is what you always are. The Seeker is the Sought.
Never lost, missing or apart from it. One's own ordinary everyday self is the Infinite Self.

You, being the Self (consciousness), want to know
how to attain the Self (consciousness).

Removal of the notion that we have not realised the Self is all that is required.
We are always the Self, only we don’t realise it.

Life or consciousness is the Reality present within your own dwelling.

After all, if you know that you are not dead then you know that you are. 'I' am is certain.
Consciousness is simply what that 'I' am you know as your own self represents.
Pure awareness of being. Awareness of being alive is 'I' am.

It (consciousness) is pure awareness of being.
It (consciousness) is that 'I' am you know so well.

The ultimate Truth about the Self, He, the Reality is so simple that it is laughable.
Consciousness is nothing new or apart from anyone alive but in fact it is everyone's true nature.
No one alive ever fails to experience this consciousness directly as one's own affectionate self and being.

The Open Secret to Freedom is that there is no bondage, there is no separation but only Oneness
Omni-present naturally as consciousness itself. Consciousness is Life itself. Life is this Oneness.

Everyone alive is the One without two.
Being alive and aware of being oneself is the experience.
Life or consciousness is the Oneness present in all sentient beings.

Understanding this consciousness is all that is necessary to remove the veil or camouflage of ignorance.
After all, why should anyone strive to reach, attain or become Life? Being alive and aware of being
is always abiding as that pure consciousness itself or the Infinite Self. So simple.

So near and so dear. Freedom is always here.
Present here and now. To Seek it far away is to always miss it.

Realize that Life is the Precious Jewel. Life is the True Beloved and Sought-after Truth.
Life is what some people call God and others the Self. Life is this Oneness. Life is consciousness.

There is nothing new to be reached or to be achieved.
Only remove ignorance with understanding. That is all it takes for Freedom.
Get rid of ignorance. Ignorance is the only obstacle to Freedom. Just this and nothing else.

All sentient beings are essentially 'Buddhas'.
As with water and ice, there is no ice without water.
Not knowing how close the truth is, we seek it far away.

Obviously if they knew how close the Sought-after Truth is,
they would be laughing  at themselves for foolishly Seeking the Self.

At one stage you will laugh at yourself for trying to discover the Self.

The fact that Freedom is very simple and easy is nothing new under the Sun.

you are undeniably abiding as your true nature? To be alive and aware of being oneself is to
abide as the real Self, He, the Reality, God or consciousness itself. That is what the fuss is all about.

One's own undeniable existence needs no proof.
No one can deny being. 'I' am is at once being and consciousness itself.
Awareness of being oneself is simply being alive and aware. Everybody knows that they are.

Be content with what you are sure of. And the only thing you can be sure of is 'I' am.
The only fact you are sure of is that you are. The only clue you have is your certainty of being.

Self-Realization is not and never will be the acquisition of anything new, spiritual or special.
It is only the removal of ignorance about one's true nature with common sense and understanding. That is all.

What is always present here and now with oneself is Life itself.
Some call the presence of Life or consciousness the 'Diamond' in your pocket.
The natural undeniable presence of Life itself self-shining within your own dwelling.

The words God, Self, He, the Reality etc, are just fancy names for
plain common to all ordinary everyday Life, consciousness or everyday existence.
The core of one's being that can never be denied is this presence of Life itself. Being is the Reality.

To be alive is the natural state of pure being common to all. Everyone knows that they are.
Existence is the experience itself. The Self AKA consciousness is Life itself.

Living-ness, alive-ness, being-ness or 'I' am-ness is the Sought-after Truth and the Reality.
Being or existing is the Self AKA consciousness itself. That is the experience itself.

The Self is present as common awareness or pure awareness of being.
Everyone knows that they are alive and that undeniable awareness of being is 'I' am.

Who is not aware of himself?
Everyone knows 'I' am.

Is there anyone who is not aware of himself? Each one knows,
but yet does not know the Self (consciousness). A strange paradox!

Ignorance is the only obstacle to be removed. Not knowing or realizing that simply being alive 
is always abiding as one's true nature is the only false notion of separation and bondage.
Consciousness is Life itself and that is one's true nature. That is all. So simple.

Everyone alive always abide as consciousness AKA Life itself.
Therefore one's true nature is always present as one's own being.

Just like a light buld cannot shine without the Power present.
The body cannot shine without the presence of Life or consciousness.
In other words consciousness is the Spirit of Life itself. The unseen Power.

That is the Open Secret.

Knowing the Self (God, Life, consciousness etc) is being the Self,
and being means existence, one’s own existence.
No one denies one’s own existence.

Being yourself is always abiding as the Infinite Self. You are the One without two.
God is just another name for the presence of consciousness which Life itself.

Not some fictitious spiritual or religious God, that is all crap but simply Life.
Your own existence here and now is the Divine so to speak.
Existence itself is the absolute Reality.

What have you to wait for when it is already here and now?
You have to only look & see. Look at yourself, at your own being.
You know that you are and you like it. Abandon all imagining, that is all.
Do not rely on time, time is death, who waits dies.
Life is now only!

There has never been a spiritual presence to call God.

After all, what is always undeniably present here and now? Life.

But whoever seeks God without any special way, finds Him as He really is...
He is Life itself.

There is no becoming anything whatsoever.
Just to be, that alone is abiding as the Self, He, the Reality.

There is no goal to be reached. There is nothing to be attained.
You are the Self (consciousness). You exist always.

and foolishly cultivated false acquired knowledge about the simple Truth and the Reality.

Spiritual Teachers and Gurus will screw Seekers and ignorant people with a smile on their face.
Investigate for yourself and see if that is not true. They are fact no different than a used car salesman.

Some will even dress the part, take on a spiritual name and offer all kind of sweet spiritual carrots disguised
as stories and false promises of Freedom etc, for dummys and veiled Seekers to foolishly chase after.

To know your real nature. Remove ignorance only, nothing more is necessary. Understanding is all.
Not knowing that simply being alive naturally is being the Self effortlessly is the only trouble.

To be alive is the True Beloved you cannot kiss. Being alive is being the Oneness itself.

You are the Oneness.
Being alive and aware of being oneself is being IT.

The state we call Realisation is simply being oneself.

To know the Infinite Self is very very easy but most people do not want it
because consciousness is too simple and too common, what to do. A strange paradox.
They will spend their whole Life foolishly Seeking what they are have always been naturally.

Like a fish in the water crying that he is thirsty. Nothing is lost or missing.
In fact the Sought-after Truth is so near and so dear, that is just overlooked. Closer than close.

The Sought-after Truth is simply being oneself. That is IT. Full stop. Not becoming anything.
Being yourself naturally just as you are without ever trying to be something spiritual or special.

That is the funny paradox!

There is nothing you have to do or strive to become. Being oneself is being the Infinite Self.

There is no becoming, reaching or attaining anything new or different whatsoever.

That is the cosmic Joke of Enlightenment is that you are already there. There is nothing more to realize.
Reality is not achieving any spiritual state or Seeking something new to experience but simply being alive.

Understanding this consciousness is so simple. In fact it will only make you laugh.
Being alive and conscious is this presence of consciousness itself.
That is the Self and Sought-after Truth.

What else would this consciousness be but Life or existence itself?
Another name for this presence of consciousness or the Self is Life or existence.
Therefore being alive is the experience itself. No one alive can deny one's own existence.

Everyone alive is already the Self or this consciousness itself.
They simply do not realize it. So near and so dear.

Shining in plain sight all along.

What is more obvious than one's own being?
What is more Precious to oneself than one's own existence?
Life or existence is itself the 'Diamond' in your pocket so to speak.

Look at yourself. When have you ever been apart from your own being?
'I' am is always with you. One's own existence is the most obvious.

Consciousness is indeed always with us.
Everybody knows 'I' am. No one can deny his own being.

To be or not to be. 'I' exist is the most obvious. No one can deny one's own being.
Can any alive claim that they do not exist or say 'I' am not? Of course not.

That is IT. That is the True Beloved. So near and so dear. He is Life itself.
The Oneness or God is consciousness AKA Life or existence itself.

One's own affectionate existence is nothing new or apart.
'I' am is always with you as the knowing that you are.

The Sought-after Truth is simply your own being.
The Self or God is that 'I' am you know.

Consciousness is the real presence of existence.
Life is just another name for this presence of consciousness.
Therefore being alive and aware is always abiding as one's true nature.

Call off the Search. You are alive, you are already that. Existence is being.
Life is consciousness expressing itself naturally. Life is being.

Why wait when Life is already undeniably present right here and right now? Existence is the experience.
There is no becoming or reaching anything. No blazing light, no spiritual experience. No B.S.

Understanding is Realizing that existence or Life alone is the Sought-after Truth.
Don't they tell you that simple Truth in spiritual and religious books?

Obviously not! The Search for something new or spiritual is a trap.
Spiritual and religious Seekers are looking for something new or special. Oops.
It is nothing new, here and you are that. Life is this consciousness itself. You are that.

We are 'imagining' we are bound and are making various, strenuous attempts to become free.
We will be surprised that we were frantically trying to attain something,
which we have always been and are.

Don't you know that what you Seek is paradoxically
what you have always been and are naturally?
Life or existence is the Reality.

That is IT.

Call it God, call it the Oneness, the Infinite Self, the Atman, the Lord etc.

Not knowing this simple Truth is the only trouble.

What is the difference between the wise and the ignorant?
Simple! The wise who investigate himself comes to realize or understand
that to be alive naturally is the experience itself some people called 'Enlightenment'.

When ever you see some spiritual Seeker striving to become Free, Realized or Enlightened.
Give them a good slap! Being alive is the so called state of 'Enlightenment'. Everyone is already that.

The goal or final destination of all spiritual searches is 'I' exist here and now or 'I' am.
'I' exist or 'I' am alive and kicking is the Sought-after Truth and the natural state some call the Reality.

All that is required to end the Search for the Self that was never lost is to understand only.
Not strive to reach, to attain or to become anything new, different, spiritual or special.

Just understanding that being conscious and alive-ness is abiding one's true nature.
The Self is consciousness, therefore being conscious is abiding as the Self itself.

Being alive and aware of being oneself naturally everyday is the experience itself.
The consciousness some people call God or the Self is simply Life itself.
Nothing new, special or apart. 'I' exist or 'I' am is that.

Realize that consciousness shines naturally and effortlessly as the knowing that you are.
The presence of Life and natural activity of consciousness itself is sentience or ordinary awareness.

Just be aware
that you are and remain aware.
You are aware anyhow, you need not try to be.

What is sentience or awareness?

Being aware and remaining aware all day long effortlessly.
Just realize that you are not un-conscious but aware. That is IT. Aware-ness.
Wakeful-ness is another name for abiding as one's true nature. Sentience is that.

The natural state of being. If you wonder what is so special or spiritual about that?
Nothing whatsoever! The Reality is nothing new, nothing special or spiritual.
Life is what we all are naturally. Life or consciousness is the Oneness.

Consciousness is undeniably present with everyone as one's own affectionate existence.
Life or consciousness expresses itself naturally as pure awareness of being.
Being alive and aware of being is 'I' am. 'I' exist is certain.

Anyone that tells you that consciousness or God
is anything spiritual or religious is lying. It is not that at all.

Being aware and remaining aware is the bliss of the Self. That is IT.
Awareness of being is bliss. That is what this consciousness is all about.
One's own existence is the Self or God. Being alive is the experience itself.

The experience is here and now. One cannot deny one’s own self.
Existence is the same as happiness and happiness is the same as being.
Why should one seek it?

Everyone likes to be. Being alive is the true Beloved and the real happiness or bliss
that people have been Seeking far and away their whole Life. Funny no!

It is all so simple, so plain and so ordinary that it is the only difficulty for the person that is so busy
Seeking new spiritual and better experiences. Yet all new experiences will always come and go
but the Reality is that which always is present. Why seek the impermanent? Isn't it foolish!

The experience is here and now. Look at yourself. Look at your own being.
Consciousness present is the knowing that you are. Present awareness.
It is the knowing that you exist this very moment. It is 'I' am.

The Self is simply being oneself. Consciousness is 'I' am.
Nothing new or different is to be freshly acquired.
Only remove ignorance. That is all.

Consciousness or Life is God, the Self, He, the Reality etc.
Existence common to all is the absolute Reality.
Being is 'I' am. That is the Open Secret.

In other words you are what you Seek this very moment.
Being alive and aware of being oneself is the experience itself.
Existence is the Self and Sought-after Truth. Consciousness is existence.

Knowing the Self (God, Life, consciousness etc) is being the Self,
and being means existence, one’s own existence.
No one denies one’s own existence.

'I' exist here and now is the absolute Reality. 'I' am that 'I' am is the Realization.
No one can deny one's own existence and say 'I' do not exist. Everyone alive knows 'I' am.
Life or consciousness present is 'I' am. The fact of one's own being is the absolute Reality. So simple.

Be content with what you are sure of. And the only thing you can be sure of is 'I' am.
The only fact you are sure of is that you are. The only clue you have is your certainty of being.

Obviously not everyone will be wise and content or satisfied that the Sought-after Truth is
simply being oneself naturally. Nothing new or different whatsoever because one's own existence
is paradoxically the most plain, the most common, the most affectionate and ordinary state of being.

The state of pure being which is common to all and which is always
experienced directly by everybody is one's true nature.

Many cannot accept that Life itself or plain ordinary existence is the Sought-after Truth or God.

Some ignorant and foolish spiritual people will even insist that they do not exist or
that there is no one present when in fact they are the one and existence itself.

All this non-sense is laughable. Anyone that claims they do not exist
should get their head examined. What kind of B.S. is that!

Everyone alive knows and says 'I' am.
Everyone alive is undeniably aware of being.
'I' exist is certain. It is impossible to deny one's own existence.

Awareness of being. Existence is being. Being is 'I' exist or 'I' am.
The 'I' present in 'I' am is the Infinite Self. Thou art that. The 'I' is that.

Know the Truth! That the 'I'
is not different from the Lord (consciousness).

but One and the same presence of existence.
One's own self is the One Self. That is all.

'I' and consciousness are One.
One's own self is that. Thou art that.

To the ignorant the 'I' is the self limited to the body.

Here and now you are that naturally.
Consciousness or Life is the natural state of being.
No one wise ever said the Self or God was anything else.

In other word the 'you' that you believe is bound is in fact the Real-'I'-ty. Funny paradox!
Any dualistic concepts about the 'I' or one's own affectionate self to be either a finite Self or ego
are just spiritual crap given to imbeciles to swallow and make them falsely believe that they are bound.

What ego? Look for an ego and it will not be found. Only the ignorant and the foolish believe in two selves.
Know the simple Truth! The 'I' is the One without a second. There are no two selves. Thou art that.

The false notion of an ego present anywhere is in fact
the only false notion of duality and bondage. It is only illusion.
Ego never existed. Just spiritual garbage that people believe to be true.

If you seek the ego you will find, it does not exist.
That is the way to get rid of it. Look for it and it will not be found.

Some spiritual people will even spend year after year
striving to kill an ego that doesn't even exist.

How stupid is that?

Some people read the word 'ego' in a spiritual book or someone appearing religious and holy
given them wrong knowledge and foolishly they accepted the false to be true.
All because a spiritual book, a Teacher or Guru told them so. Oops!

There is no ego present anywhere. It is only a fictitious creation.
Just a false religious belief that is only given to veiled and ignorant people to 
perpetuate a false notion of duality, separation and bondage. Being oneself is the One Self.

There never was any ego present to get rid of,
that is only a false imagination or imaginary belief.

Who ever said you are not the Real Self already lied to you.

Bondage is only a cage made of wrong acquired knowledge anyhow.
One only believes that there is bondage when in fact there is no bondage.

It is all and only psychological. As the saying goes, if you believe you are bound
then you are bound to that belief. A false notion or ideology only believed to be true.

Question, investigate.
The false cannot stand up to investigation.
That is how someone removes ignorance, with inquiry.

On enquiry 'who' is bound?
The notion of bondage vanishes and so does that of Liberation.
The one eternally free alone remains self-revealed.

There is no ego. What binds you?
Look for your chains and they will not be found.

Only spiritual and religious people pretending to be holy use a concept of ego,
as the bondage to keep their disciples, students or followers bound to wrong knowledge.

Beware of so called spiritual and religious people.
They will paradoxically sink Seekers deeper into ignorance.

Many spiritual Gurus and Teachers will paradoxically use wrong knowledge
and confusion to keep their disciples and followers on a Seeking path.

Selling water by the River.
That is what so many of them only do for a living.
So called spiritual and religious people will only entice and confuse Seekers.

The simple Truth is that there is absolutely nothing to change,
nothing to be altered or modified about oneself for this Reality to be. He is Life itself.
There is no bondage and there is no liberation. Only the removal of ignorance is Freedom.

The Realization or understanding is that there is no ego or anything else whatsoever present
with oneself or as me, myself and 'I' but this pure consciousness itself or this Oneness.

How can the 'I' see itself?
Nobody can ever reach, attain or become the Self.
How can you kiss yourself on your own lips? You are already that.

Being oneself is being this Oneness already naturally without ever trying to be.
One's own self and being is the Real-'I'-ty. The 'I' is that consciousness itself.

The false notion of not being the true Self already or the One without a second
as me, myself and 'I' is the only illusion of separation and bondage.

Consciousness is the only real presence of existence.
It is the only Reality present as one's own self and being.

The Self, He, Life or consciousness is not a spiritual state to be reached or attained
but the natural state of being common to everyone and known to all as 'I' am.
To be alive and aware of being oneself is to abide as that consciousness.

Remove ignorance only. So near and so dear. Freedom is always here.
Understanding this consciousness to be Life itself is the Realization.

The experience is always here and now. Existence is always presently.
Life, existence, consciousness are synonymous with being alive and aware.
To be aware of being alive is 'I' am. Awareness of being is that consciousness itself.

Consciousness is nothing other than simply being oneself.
One's own affectionate everyday self and existence is the Divine.

How can anyone claim that they do not exist when existence is the Reality?
A lot of weird crap out there. How can anyone negate or deny one's own existence?
'I' am is always first hand. The only certainty of anyone alive is the certainty of being alive.

So many have picked up so much garbage from holy books and others that they don't have a clue.

If you tell a veiled spiritual or religious Seeker that being alive is itself being God or the Self.
They will go up in arms screaming. They do not want the ultimate Truth to be that simple.
Kind like they have been hypnotized or brainwashed to believe in false imagination.

That is what spirituality and all religions do to people.
Brainwashed from childhood to believe the false to be true
all that wrong acquire knowledge sinks Seekers deeper into ignorance.

Ask any spiritual or religious Seeker what are they looking for, they will have no idea.
Clueless. Subtly Seeking became a habit. They have been chasing spiritual carrots for so long
that when you tell them what the Self truly is, they do not want it, simply because consciousness
is not what they have been expecting. Consciousness is paradoxically nothing new, special or spiritual.

Tell the ignorant Seeker that the Self or God is Life itself.
They will go " Oh, no, no, no the Self or God is much more than that".
Tell the wise who knows the Truth the same thing and they will agree with you.

Who is right and who is wrong?

The only problem for the person that does not realize this simple Truth
is that they do not investigate what is real.

Most Seekers have blindly invested their trust or faith into someone outside themselves they foolishly
believe is either spiritual or holy and are stuck there. Some for years and others their whole Life.
Attachment to the false and wrong acquired knowledge is very strong for some people.

Some will never dare question their beloved Teacher or Guru simply because they have hypnotized themselves
to believe the Guru is God. A holy being. But that is all false. The finger pointing at the moon is not the moon.
The ones who hold on to the finger pointing at the moon will only miss the moon. Too bad.

It is like someone falling in love with the road sign or pointer on the Road
foolishly believing that the sign is the destination. But it is NOT.
The sign only points to it, but that is not it. You are it.
Gee! yoU aRe yoU.

How many years does is take to get to the destination you have never left?
If you have been Seeking for many years then realize that something is wrong somewhere.
Perhaps it will dawn on you that all this time you may have been looking in the wrong direction.

After all, how far is Here and Now?
The Self is not something new or apart from you
that is yet to be achieved or acquired. It is what you are naturally.

If you do not understand what is this 'moon' being pointed to by the pointer or
what is always present here and now that is so near and so dear, present closer than close.

It is Life itself. What else!

All that anyone can do is to point to others that Life itself is the Self.
Consciousness is at once Life and one's true nature. It is what we all are.

After all, if someone is given wrong knowledge about the Reality or the Self,
how can they know the simple Truth about themselves? That they are in fact Life itself or
consciousness expressing itself naturally as their own plain ordinary affectionate everyday self and being.

Therefore investigation is a must. The false cannot stand up to investigation. Find out what is Real.
I say being alive and awake from sleep is to abide as the Self, He, the Reality naturally.

That is what I found out to be true for myself and the exact same timeless message
I have been sharing freely and tirelessly over the years since then.

The Sought-after Truth is what you are naturally without trying to be.
The Search for a spiritual Self is itself the trap. Life is the Self.
Consciousness is the only real presence of existence.

Who told you that you weren't the Self already? He is Life itself.
Consciousness present is ordinary existence and the natural state of being.

Present as unchanging awareness during the waking state. Consciousness is being and remaining aware.
Consciousness is undeniably experienced directly by everyone as the natural state of being conscious.

Consciousness is always shining during the waking state as the natural state of being aware.
It is so common to everyone as plain ordinary everyday awareness of being.

How else would you know that you are present
if consciousness itself is not present first and foremost?
Consciousness is indeed undeniably present because 'I' am present is certain.

No one can deny one's own self.
Consciousness is the knowing that you are.

It (consciousness) is pure awareness of being.
It (consciousness) is that 'I' am you know so well.

Ignorance is the only obstacle to be removed with questioning, investigating and understanding.

There is no bondage and there is no liberation either. Being alive is abiding as the Reality itself.

Call off the Search. Remove the camouflage of ignorance and realize or understand
that what you Seek is what already are and have always been all along naturally.
Your own existence is the destination you have paradoxically never left.

The state we call Realization or Enlightenment is simply being alive.
So simple isn't it! That is IT. Who ever said it was anything else?

No one can ever be apart from their own existence. Life present is pure being.

The ultimate Truth is very simple.
Life or consciousness is also called the Self or God.
No one ever fails to experience it directly as one's own being.

To simply be alive and conscious is to abide as one's true nature naturally.
Alive-ness, being-ness. That is what 'I' am represents. Pure awareness of being.

Only the false notion that the so called state of Enlightenment is in anyway a spiritual state is a trap.
That is wrong acquired knowledge from religious and spiritual books and self-appointed Gurus.

Many Seekers turn to spiritual books, Teachers and Gurus
where they will acquire wrong knowledge about the Reality.
Sold ignorance packaged as Truth for self-gratification or a fee.

Once you have seen the false as false illusion can no longer fool you.
The simple Truth that Life itself is God or the Self is a close guarded Secret.
To wake up is to question, to investigate and find out for yourself what is your real nature.

The Guru cannot give you anything new, which you don’t have already.
Removal of the notion that we have not realised the Self is all that is required.
We are always the Self, only we don’t realise it.

The greatest scam is when spiritual people are subtly making Seekers believe
that they are not there yet and need to be in the presence of a holy being for Freedom.

Most spiritual Gurus and religious Teachers do not want ignorant Seekers to know the Truth.
After all, spirituality and religions are truly camouflaged businesses that are selling fantasy as Truth.

Self-appointed Gurus either don't know this Truth for themselves or are simply camouflaging it
with spiritual myths and stories to hide the fact that the so called state of Enlightenment
is simply the natural state of being common to all. That is what the fuss is about.

One may also wonder what does meditations, yogas, mantras, keeping quiet, silence etc,
got to do with Freedom? Absolutely nothing whatsoever. These are only religious practices that  
are given to very veiled and ignorant people to keep them bound to a false notion of separation, that is all.

What about spiritual B.S. like a finite self, an ego or mind to get rid of, kill or go beyond?
That is only false imagination! If someone questions and investigates what is real,
neither a finite or independent individual self, mind or ego ever existed.

You are Life or consciousness itself. You are that this very moment.
You are egoless formless existence expressing itself naturally
as your own plain ordinary everyday affectionate being.

There is nothing to change, alter or modify about oneself.
To be yourself naturally is to be the Infinite Self itself.
Here and you are that. Just this and nothing else.

The state we call Realisation is simply being oneself.
Not knowing anything or becoming anything.

Consciousness was never lost! Why be an ignorant fool! The Self is being oneself.
To be alive and aware is to be IT. Are you laughing at the Joke of it all?

Paradoxically all spiritual and religious concepts, beliefs and ideology are fact the only trouble.

People pretending to be spiritual and holy will make ignorant Seekers foolishly believe that the Self or the Reality
is something special, spiritual and extra-ordinary. But the Truth is that it is the complete opposite, a paradox.

Know the Truth! Self-appointed Gurus and spiritual people pretending to be holy or Enlightened are liars
but ignorant Seekers believe that they are speaking the Truth. Keeping them on a endless Seeking path.

Spiritual Gurus have their own agendas of course, most are seeking recognition and gratification.
Why do think so many self-appointed Gurus write spiritual book after spiritual book! Hellooo.
Spiritual people only confuse and entice Seekers to believe the false to be true.

If you have never been told that the Self, He, the Reality or God is Life itself.
Well there you go. There is your proof. Why don't they tell you this simple Truth?

Only ignorance is available for sale because the simple Truth cannot be sold.
Would you serve, pay, worship, cook, bow down to someone else if you knew this Truth?
Would anyone be a Sheepo, a Servant to a Master if they knew that he or she was really a phony?

Spiritual people or self-appointed Gurus are after followers or disciples, simple and weak people that are usually
psychologically disturbed and that want to desperately escape this world. These are the common candidates.
Believing themselves to be separate and insecure they are looking for someone to cry about their problems.

To know the simple Truth, understanding that the Reality is consciousness or Life is all that is required.
All that is truly required to be Free, is to simply remove the false notion of being bound.
If you know that you are alive and therefore aware of being, you are the Self.

Is there anyone who is not aware of himself? Each one knows,
but yet does not know the Self. A strange paradox!

Everyone's true nature is Life AKA consciousness. Existence is the most obvious and the most ordinary.
Life is the unseen living presence, power and intelligence or consciousness self-shining naturally in everybody.

The wise only understood this.
Not become, cultivate, reach or attain anything new, spiritual or holy.
Just understanding that being alive is abiding as one's true nature is the Reality.

The true fact is that an ordinary person is already a Buddha and a Buddha is nothing other than an ordinary person.
See the false as false. Anyone pretending to be a special or spiritual being that has reached, acquired or attained
a so called state of 'Enlightenment' is a liar. Question, investigate and see this simple Truth for yourself.

Any spiritual or religious person is not your friend.
Why believe the false to be true?
Open your eyes.

There is no spiritual goal to be reached. There never was.
Being alive is the experience itself. Being alive is being God, He, the Self, the Reality.
Any religious concepts, beliefs or spiritual ideology about Freedom are false. All of them are illusion and not true.

Only remove ignorance.
That is all there is to be done.

Being alive and awake from sleep or sentient is the experience.
Being awake or aware is knowing that you are alive.
Awareness of being is 'I' exist or 'I' am.

It is pure awareness of being. It is that 'I' am you know so well.

Only spiritual and religious Seekers who have been brainwashed would go up in arms
when they hear this simple Truth. Not everyone can handle the Truth. The longer the Seeker has been

After all, what does someone spiritual or religious imagines the Self, He or the Reality truly is?
He is Life itself. The Self is Omni-present will all sentient beings as Life itself. That is IT.

Throw away all the spiritual and religious books, they are all full of crap.
Life is the Oneness present in all. Nothing special, spiritual or mystical about it.
Call Life God if you like, doesn't matter if you call Life God or Dog. Life itself doesn't care.

For whoever seeks God in some special way,
will gain the way and lose God who is hidden in the way.
But whoever seeks God without any special way, finds Him as He really is...
He is Life itself.

The cosmic Joke of Enlightenment is that there is no such thing.

There is no waiting for anything.
Life is Now only. That is the experience itself.

No time or effort is required to know that you are alive, that you exist.

Consciousness is indeed present because 'I' am is certain. No one can negate being.

What have you to wait for when it is already here and now?

You know that you are and you like it. Abandon all imagining, that is all.
Do not rely on time, time is death, who waits dies.
Life is now only!

Anyone who waits for Freedom will only die ignorant.

What are people waiting for? Seeking anything new or spiritual to call the Reality is only a trap.

The one who waits for something new, spiritual or special to happen will surely die an ignorant fool.
The understanding is that simply being alive and awake from sleep or sentience is abiding as one's true nature.
All there is to realize is that plain ordinary wakeful-ness is the so called Realized state of Enlightenment. So simple.

There never was anything new or special about the Self. Some only imagine that there is.
Sentience, consciousness, wakefulness all are synonymous with simply being alive and aware.
Being aware is simply being awake from sleep, what else! That is IT. Aware-ness is wakeful-ness.

What you need is to be aware of being aware.

Seekers have been an easy target for self-appointed spiritual and religious people.
That is all what the Buddha, Sage or Guru you see on the Road truly is. A fraud.
If you meet a Buddha give yourself a good slap. Like Santa Claus, it is false.

are speaking truth when paradoxically they are lying to their teeth so that this simple Truth is not revealed.
Being alive is being God. That is the Secret self-appointed Gurus and religious people do not want Seekers to know.

Only acquired spiritual concepts and ideology are keeping Seekers on a Seeking path.
They have no clue whatsoever that they always are naturally abiding as the Self. No one told them.
They foolishly believe that they have to acquire or become something new, special, spiritual or different.

Seekers have no idea that spirituality and all religions are the poison, not the cure.

Remove ignorance only. There is no spiritual goal to be reached, nothing special or spiritual to be acquired.
Being alive is abiding as one's true nature. Life is the Self itself. Consciousness is Life and the real God.
Alive-ness, living-ness, conscious-ness, aware-ness, being-ness, 'I' am-ness is that.

Here and now you are that. He is Life itself. Call off the Search.
There is no becoming Life. You are already abiding as that Life itself. It is 'I' am.
Life or consciousness is the Oneness AKA the Infinite Self. Know that here and now you are God.

Freedom is only understanding. Understanding is Realizing.
Only remove ignorance. That is all. Nothing else needs to be done.

Life, He, the Reality, the Self or God is consciousness.
Being alive and conscious is undeniably abiding as this consciousness itself.
That is IT. Nothing new. Have a look at yourself here and now. Aren't you alive and conscious?

If you don't understand this consciousness itself, then you are in bondage
when you will understand what this (consciousness) is, then that is liberation.
Paradoxically you will realize that you are already liberated.

Consciousness and Life are synonymous.
Consciousness and the Self, He, the Reality or God are synonymous.
Consciousness or existence or Life is present and self-shining as one's own being.

Can there be ice without water? Can there be Life without consciousness?

Life itself is that consciousness itself. Both are One and the same presence of existence.

To be is the experience.
One's own existence is the experience.
No one can deny one's own being and say 'I' do not exist.

No one denies one’s own existence

The trouble lies with your desire to objectify the Self (Life/consciousness),
in the same way  as you objectify your eyes when you place a mirror before them.

How can you kiss this beauty we call Life? 'I' am that 'I' am is the Realization.

The most dear and the most near. The Reality is the presence of Life within your own dwelling.

You wander restlessly from forest to forest
while the Reality is within your own dwelling.

Look at your own being, you know that you are and you like it and call off the Search.

To be alive is the experience itself. Existence is the same as being. Life is the presence of consciousness.

How can you kiss this Beauty? You cannot kiss yourself on your own lips.

Only ignorance is to be removed with understanding. That is all.

To be yourself is to be the Self. Alive-ness is being-ness.
Be yourself. That is abiding as your true nature.
'I' am is the Reality.

Life itself is the Sought-after Truth. One's own existence is the Divine.

Sought-after Truth is found by not seeking it.

Now once you understand that the experience is always here and now as Life itself. That is IT.

That is  the Open Secret. The Reality is nothing new, spiritual or far away.
Closer to oneself than one's own breath. Life is the Oneness. The Precious. The True Beloved.
Nothing spiritual or religious whatsoever. Being is the Reality. Being is the happiness you have been Seeking.

Some spiritual or religious people disguised as holy being only keep Seekers on a Seeking path.
Would you buy a book or CD or go see someone pretending to be holy if you knew this simple Truth?

That is what it is all about. All about being.
Life, existence, consciousness present is 'I' am present.
Everyone alive knows and says 'I' am. One's own existence needs no proof.

Awareness of being is bliss or happiness. That is IT. Existence is the experience.
'I' exist here and now is abiding the Self. The so called Realized state is the natural state of being.

Come on, one cannot fall for the trap of the self-appointed Gurus
that claim to their disciples they have acquired something new or a new faculty.
That is only crap used to entice the dumb and the ignorant to believe the false to be true.

Realisation is not the acquisition of anything new nor is it a new faculty.
It is only removal of all camouflage.

The experience is here and now. One cannot deny one’s own self.
Existence is the same as happiness and happiness is the same as being.
Why should one seek it?

What else did you expected it to be? That is IT.

The only absolute Reality is Life itself.
All you know for certain is that right here and now you are.

If you ever wonder what is always being pointed to as present here and now, that is IT.
Life is what is truly happening. Meaning existence is itself the experience. That alone is the Reality.

Doesn't matter what God or religion one follows, what Guru or book one sat with or have read,
that is always going to be the greatest illusion anyhow. None of that non-sense points to this simple Truth.

There is no God or holy presence or spiritual beings and entities, that is only crap given to imbeciles to swallow.
Forget all that non-sense. The only absolute Reality is Life itself. THAT IS IT. Full stop. Call off the Search.

The ones who seek the Truth in any spiritual or religious ways will only acquire illusion.
A spiritual or religious person will never know the Reality. It is impossible!
That is the funny paradox.

Any spiritual stories of so called Enlightened or spiritual Realization are all B.S. Pure crap.
Forget about spiritual garbage and all these idiots pretending to be spiritual beings
and about all religions from the East and West because they are all crap.

There is absolutely nothing spiritual or religious about Freedom.
Only removing ignorance is Freedom. Common sense is all that is required.

God or the Self or He or the Reality is being.
Being alive and kicking is abiding as the Self, He, the Reality.

Life is the true name of God. Life is God. Being alive is being God. Full stop.
Same presence of consciousness or existence we call Life is what some people call God.
There is no God somewhere in the sky or hidden somewhere far away. The Reality is here and now.

To be alive and therefore aware of being is at once 'I' am and God.
There is no bondage and no spiritual liberation.
Being alive is the Reality. That is IT.

Being alive and awake from sleep or being conscious or being and remaining aware
naturally everyday without any effort is abiding as one's true nature. So simple.

That is what the Self, He, the Reality or God simply is. Life itself.
Conscious-ness, aware-ness, living-ness, existence, being.
'I' exist is obvious. No one can deny one's own being.

Knowing the Self (consciousness) is being the Self, and being means existence,
one’s own existence. No one denies one’s own existence.

Don't you know that there never was some holy or spiritual state of Enlightenment or Self-Realization?

Wakeful-ness is sentience. Being alive and awake is being the Reality. What else would it be?
Living-ness or alive-ness and wakeful-ness alone is what is being pointed to as the Self, He, the Reality.

Call off the Search. The Search is the Trap. What you Seek is what you already naturally. Life itself.
There is nothing whatsoever spiritual or religious to be reached, to be acquired or to attained.
Only understanding is Realizing this simple Truth. Nothing special about the Reality.

You, being the Self, want to know how to attain the Self.

The Kingdom of God is not some place in heaven but present here ad now as Life itself. The Kingdom is in you.

One Life, natural intelligence or consciousness present within the animal Kingdom,
within the vegetable Kingdom, the mineral Kingdom, the human Kingdom etc.
All there is present is consciousness expressing itself naturally as Life itself.

As with water and ice. There is no ice without water.
There is no existence without consciousness.
Consciousness is Life or God.

Remove consciousness from the body and you have a dead corpse.
An empty lifeless shell that is still and silent. Life is lively and buoyant.

There is only One Life expressing itself as many. That is the Open Secret to Oneness.
There has never been some holy or spiritual state of Enlightenment or Freedom.

That is all made crap used to entice Seekers to become worshippers of illusion.
Everyone alive wakes up so called Enlightened, they simply do not realize it.

Everyone alive is always abiding as the Self. They simply do not know it.
Ignorant Seekers will go looking for something to be freshly acquired far and away.
To simply realize that to be alive naturally is to abide as one's true nature is Freedom.

The experience is always here and now. Being is IT.
Not some spiritual state of being but the natural state of being.
Nothing new. Being awake, aware or conscious is this consciousness itself.

Just be aware
that you are and remain aware.
You are aware anyhow, you need not try to be.

Being awake is awareness. To be conscious.

Forget any spiritual and religious concepts for they are all false.

For example some people find themselves a spiritual Teacher or Guru and believe that what these people
are talking about is true but in fact is it only illusion. Some will even cultivate silence and others
foolishly strive to go beyond a mind or kill an ego and are always told to keep quiet.

Any spiritual Teacher or Guru is only a scammer that is using people's ignorance and desperation for themselves.
Ignorant people that cultivate any kind of religious or spiritual beliefs are only bound to their acquired spiritual or
religious beliefs. Who ever said that 'Enlightenment' is a spiritual state is only an idiot. Stupid ignorant person only.

The Reality is at once being alive and aware.
Consciousness present is pure awareness of being.
Understanding that the Self is Life itself is the Realization.

Not striving to become anything new.

Who is not aware of himself?
Everybody know that they are alive and one's own existence needs no proof.
Everyone alive knows 'I' am. 'I' exist is always certain. No one can deny one's own being.

Is there anyone who is not aware of himself? Each one knows,
but yet does not know the Self. A strange paradox!

Awareness of being is simply the knowing that you are. Present awareness.
The Self, He, the Reality is that 'I' am you know so well as your own affectionate self and being.

To be or not to be? Present awareness is awarenes of being present.
Knowing that you are present this very moment is 'I' am.

If someone calls your name, you know that you are.
You will answer, 'I' am here! That is IT.

Who am 'I'?
After all, the only fact you are sure of is that you are.

Life is the growing and functioning power. The substratum of all existence is Life.
Just like a light bulb cannot shine without electricity. The body cannot shine without Life.

Who is not alive and therefore aware of being? Everyone knows 'I' am.
'I' am is Life present or God present. Same, same. Know that 'I' am is Life or God.

One's own undeniable natural effortless existence is itself the Self, He, the Reality or God.
One must be alive first and foremost in order to be aware of being. Dead people do not say 'I' am.

Know that 'I' am is being the Self, He, the Reality or God.

The Self (Life/consciousness) is God. 'I' am is God.

Call Life God or the Self if it turns you on, it makes not difference what you call it
as long as you realize that to simply be alive naturally is to in fact be it. Life is what we all are.
There is no becoming or achieving it. Being alive or living-ness or alive-ness is abiding as Life itself.

The Power or living energy within the body is the Reality AKA Life.
The Kingdom is in you means that Life itself is the God being pointed to. Just this.

Life is the natural power and intelligence we all like to be.
Natural intelligence is Life. That is why only understanding Life is Freedom.

It grows the oranges on an orange tree, a baby inside the womb, growing your hair and finger nails,
it is beating heart and  self-shining through your eyes this very moment effortlessly.

Life is that presence itself. No Life, no you.
